癌症病童情緒表達之個案研究：藝術創造媒材的運用

摘要本研究目的為探討探討癌症病童於藝術媒材創作過程如何運用創作表達情緒，並透過本論文的藝術方案，瞭解癌症病童在面對病情的心態，包含疾病本身及疾病對身體、生活、人際等的影響。因此本研究採取個案研究的研究方法。個案對象為研究者所在家鄉，遼寧省東港市育才社區居住的兩位癌症病童，活動過程以單元主題的形式自由創作，進行為期八週，每週一次，每次40-50分鐘的藝術媒材創作的單元活動，並於個案完成作品後針對創作內容與情緒表達連結進行討論，以觀察記錄表作為資料進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、藝術媒材創作能夠創造安全環境連結個案內外在世界。二、藝術媒材創作能夠觸發語言表達能力、深化情緒表達與宣洩。三、藝術媒材創作活動有利於提升自主性與自我認知。四、互動關係也是藝術媒材創作過程的關鍵。根據上述結論進行探討，針對藝術媒材創作應用於中國大陸癌症病童情緒表達發展及未來相關研究提出建議。

Absctract The purpose of this study is to explore how children with cancer express their emotions through creation in the process of artistic media creation, and to understand the mentality of children with cancer in the face of the illness, including the disease itself and the impact of the disease on their body, life and interpersonal relationship through the artistic scheme of this paper. Therefore, this study adopts the method of case study. Case object for the researchers in hometown, donggang, liaoning province yucai two residential community of cancer patients, free activities in the form of unit theme creation, for eight weeks, once a week, 40 to 50 minutes of art media creation unit activities, and in case after finishing the work in view of the content and emotional expression is discussed through, Based on the observation record table, the results are as follows: 1.The creation of artistic media can create a safe environment connecting the internal and external world of a case. 2.The creation of artistic media can trigger the language expression ability, deepen the emotional expression and catharsis. 3.Artistic media material creation activities are conducive to enhancing autonomy and self-awareness. 4.Interaction is also the key to the creation process of art media. Based on the above conclusions, suggestions are put forward for the application of artistic media in the development of emotional expression in children with cancer in mainland China and the future research.
