APQP管理模式結合Teamcenter系統在汽車零組件產業應用之研究

摘要


國際汽車大廠為因應全球競爭,紛紛採用國際分工的方式以及簡化汽車組裝流程等來降低成本,使得全球汽車產業朝向協同運作與嚴格品質的模式發展。近年來,我國汽車零組件廠商雖然大部分已引進QS-9000品質系統,並以先期產品品質規劃 (Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP)的管制手法來提昇產品品質;但針對產品研發效率方面,因為是以人工作業的方式進行APQP管制,所以經常發生問題。例如,針對專案管制方面,由於管制的範圍過於寬鬆,如跨部門、協力廠與模具廠間的訊息傳遞容易分散。產出的文件無法ㄧ致的送至各單位或廠商,容易造成溝通上的失調。除此之外,在缺乏即時有效的管道將專案進度回報給單位負責人或主管,常常使得專案進度的追蹤非常困難。因此,若能將APQP管理模式結合電子化系統,則除了品質提升之外,將可同時解決人工作業的疏失,進而提升產品研發效率。本文以國內汽車零組件製造業為研究對象,說明APQP管理模式結合Teamcenter電子化系統之分析方法與系統建置步驟。本文所涵蓋的內容,主要是針對廣泛運用於汽車產業的APQP品質管理系統為專案管理模式的主體進行分析,同時搭配Teamcenter系統電子流程進行APQP專案的時程進度控管。藉由APQP品質管理手法結合Teamcenter電子化系統的模式,除了獲得產品品質改善的效益之外,也可以盡量避免因人工作業方式而產生的疏失。

To deal with global competition, operations of global branded automobile companies have adapted to global collaboration and simplified assembly for low cost and high quality. For spare parts companies in Taiwan, introducing QS-9000 quality system is an important way to penetrate global market. Therefore, comprehensive quality control model associated with collaborative operations has become the key to success for automobile industry in Taiwan. In recent years, QS-9000 quality system has introduced by many companies in Taiwan. In addition, the advanced product quality planning (APQP) has become one of the most common ways to control quality. However, many problems have occurred due to personal control, such as communication error, data inconsistency, difficult to track project progress, and so on. To resolve these problems, by applying APQP quality control model associate with e-system can be one of the feasible solutions. This paper focuses on the system analysis method and system implementation procedure for an APQP associated Teamcenter system. By Teamcenter system, APQP quality control model can be consolidated for sure.
