摘 要 論文名稱:影響百貨專櫃人員工作滿意之個人與組織因素研究 頁數:78 頁 校 所 別:國立台北科技大學商業自動化與管理研究所 畢業時間:九十七學年度第一學期 學位:碩士 研 究 生:張文龍 指導教授:吳忠敏博士 關 鍵 詞:工作滿意、結構方程式 本研究動機是由於全球的金融海嘯下,消費緊縮,百貨專櫃業的營運更顯困難,加上消費意識的抬頭,消費者一方面追求好的服務態度和產品品質,一方面對於價格要求更多,使得百貨業專櫃人員的工作日益困難,此時,百貨專櫃的從業人員卻不能降低服務的品質,卻會造成個人工作不滿意的提升,導致個人和組織的困擾,因此本研究希望能提升工作滿意,讓個人對於組織能更了解也更具忠誠,研究過去學者的文獻,希望建立百貨專櫃人員工作滿意模型。 本研究希望能建立系統化的模型,瞭解構面間彼此的關係,利用問卷方式測得量化資訊,使用統計軟體SPSS15.0以及AMOS7.0作為分析工具,利用結構方程式找出相互關聯,主要的統計分析方法;信、效度分析、描述性統計、關聯分析、平均數比較分析、結構方程模型,其研究結果如下: 1. 本研究之假設模型成立,可證明個人因子與組織因子將影響工作滿意進而影響到個人加入組織的難易程度。 2. 主管領導風格與個人人格特質將對於工作滿意度影響最為重要。 3. 經驗對於個人融入組織有重要影響,建議公司應該要加強員工間經驗交流與溝通。

ABSTRACT Title:Research of Individual and Organization Factors Influence on Jobs Satisfaction of Department Store Special Counter Personnel Pages:78 School:National Taipei University of Technology Department:The Graduate Institute of Industrial and Business Management Time:12, 2008 Degree:Master Researcher:Chang, Wen-Long Advisor:Wu, Chung-Min Keywords:Job satifaction, SEM, This research motive is because under the global financial tsunami, expends reduces, general department store special counter industry transport business reveals the difficulty, in addition expends consciousness gaining ground, the service attitude and the product quality which on the one hand the consumer pursues, on the one hand are more regarding the price request, causes the general department store industry special counter personnel's job to be day by day difficult, this time, the general department store special counter jobholders cannot reduce the service actually the quality, can create individual job not satisfactory promotion actually, causes individual and organization's puzzle, therefore this research hope can promote satisfaction, enables personally regarding the organization to understand also has loyally, research in the past scholar's literature, hope establishment general department store special counter the personnel jobs the satisfied model. This research hope can establish systematized the model, has set at variance between the surface each other relations, obtains the quantification information using the questionnaire way, use statistics software SPSS15.0 as well as the AMOS7.0 achievement analyzes the tool, discovers the interdependence using the structure equation, the main statistical analysis method letter validity analysis, the descriptive statistics, the connection analysis, the mean value comparative analysis, the structure equation model, its findings are as follows: 1. Supposition model this research is tenable, may prove individual factor and the organization factor will affect job satisfaction then to affect join the organization personally the difficulty degree. 2. The manager will lead the style and individual personality special characteristic is most important regarding the job degree of satisfaction influence. 3. The experience regarding integrates the organization to have the important influence personally, suggested the company should have to strengthen between the staff to experience the exchange and the communication.
