應用效率前緣線的概念發展新產品開發活動時間與資源需求估計之決策支援系統

摘要


為了協助新產品開發活動時間與資源需求之估計,本研究將發展一新產品開發活動時間與資源需求估計之決策支援系統。新產品開發的過程中,有許多影響的因素,像是所投入的經費、參與開發的人力資源、使用的設備等等,這些因素往往都是決定新產品開發成功與否的關鍵。為了追求最低之新產品開發活動時間與資源需求投入時數,本研究運用DEA中的效率前緣線概念開發新產品開發活動時間與資源需求估計之決策支援系統,來輔助新產品開發經理估計新產品開發活動時間與資源需求,以達成新產品開發專案之目標。最後,本研究導入SD/MMC卡個案為例,以驗證本支援系統之顯著功效。

In order to assist in estimating time and resource requirements of the new product development activity, this research will develop a decision support system for estimating time and resource requirements of the new product development activity .During new product development processes, which often be affected by factors. These factors are likely the funds, human resources and facilities and so on. These factors often are the key to success in new product development. In order to obtain the most lowers time and input time of the resource of the new product development, this research applying the efficiency frontier concept to develop a decision support system for estimating time and resource requirements of the new product development activity, to assist the new product development manager in estimating time and resource requirements of the new product development activity. Finally, this research applies to the SD/MMC card project to demonstrate the decision support system.
