摘要

根據研究結果顯示，從形成創業構想到最後得以上市的比率僅有百萬分之六；而真正實際投入營運的新創事業中，且能活過一年的也僅有百分之六十。創業的成功率是如此苗小，因此，提高創業成功率是所有新創公司最希望學習的課題。台灣每年約有10萬家中小型新創企業成立，顯示台灣是一個創業型的社會，彼得杜拉克(Peter Drucker)在創業與創業精神一書中也強調創業型的社會的重要性，只有創業型的社會才能真正提高國家生產力、競爭力，而不該只是強調高科技業、生物科學…等單一產業的發展，應該要鼓勵創業，幫助創業家提高創業的成功率，讓整個創業精神在整個社會蔓延出去。
精實思想是一種企業如何追求以最小的投資，為客戶創造最大價值的思維方式。它並非只著眼於局部的減少浪費及提高效率，更重要的是幫助企業重新思考如何提高企業整體的營運效率。精實創業的精神就是將精實生產、精實思想實踐在每一個企業的創新與創業精神上，透過公司所有人的參與、持續改善、不斷學習，把創業與創業精神融入公司的文化裡面去，透過科學的方法、創新的量化評估方式來改變創業不等於管理的錯誤觀念。

According to the research, the percentage of putting innovative ideas on the market successfully is six millions, and even if those ideas conquest the crucial market testing and put them into operation, only sixty percent of them can survive in the economic environment over one year. Undertaking an innovative business is extremely difficult; therefore, how to enhance the success rate of starting an innovative business is the most critical issue for all the star-up companies to learn. In Taiwan, there are 100,000 small and medium sized start-up companies founded every year, and this phenomenon reveals that Taiwan is a society that emphasizes the significance of the enterprising spirit. Peter Drucker highlighted the importance of enterprising spirit in his book named “Innovation and Entrepreneurs”, and he also mentioned that it is the enterprising spirit that can improve a country’s productivity and competitive ability but single types of industry such as high technology and biological technology. Therefore, the government should encourage the innovative business and try their level best to support those enterprisers so that the concept of enterprising spirit can be spread out to the whole society.
Lean thinking is a notion that how an enterprise pursue the maximum benefit for their customers at a lowest input. It does not only focus on how to minimize the cost and enhance the efficiency, most importantly, however, aim at helping the enterprisers rethinking how to elevate the whole entity’s operative efficiency. The core spirit of lean enterprise is to embed the considerations of lean production and the lean thinking in every single innovative business. Through the participation of every members in the company, and keep revising the mistake and consistently absorb the latest knowledge, an enterpriser can implant the innovative spirit into an enterprise’s culture. Most of all, through the scientific method and the new evaluation of innovation to modify the misunderstanding that creating an innovative business equal to manage a business.
