隨著現今科技的進步及經濟的成長,顧客的需求越趨多元化,廠商所面臨之環境也隨之變得嚴峻,為了因應環境變化,必須進行供應鏈管理上的改革,提升整體供應鏈效率。本研究以台灣超商產業供應鏈做為研究對象,透過系統動態學方式,使用Anylogic 6.4.1版模擬軟體建立出三種庫存管理的模擬模型,分別為傳統庫存管理、物流通路整合管理以及聯合庫存管理。 本研究採用定性分析和定量分析相結合的方式,對模擬結果進行對比分析,從定量的角度,指出聯合庫存管理的優勢。再對聯合庫存管理模型進行進一步的分析,研究影響該模型的主要參數,並提出相關建議。 本研究的意義在於在真實數據背景下,利用系統動態學方法研究超商供應鏈庫存問題,並透過模擬研究結果的分析,試圖給予在供應鏈環境下的台灣超商在庫存管理方面的建議。
With today's technological advances, the growth of the economy and diversification of customer needs, firms are facing inclement environment. To cope with rapidly environmental changing, the firms have to improve their supply chain management for increasing efficiency. In this study, we investigate the supply chain of Taiwan convenience stores by System Dynamic approach. The simulation software Anylogic is used to create simulation models for three inventory management systems, namely Traditional Inventory Management, Logistics Management and Joint Managed Inventory. The results show that the Joint Managed Inventory system outperforms the other two inventory models. The significance of this study lies in the background of the real data and applying System Dynamic analysis to study inventory problem. Through the analysis results, this study provides effective suggestions in inventory optimization for Taiwan convenience stores from the perspective of supply chain management.
