聚碳酸酯二醇製備聚氨酯聚合物之物性及染色性研究

摘要


本研究之重點在於使用聚碳酸酯二醇系列的多元醇製備聚氨基甲酸酯。首先,將使用脂肪族且具有六碳環節的二異氰酸異佛爾酮(isophorone diisocyanate)與分散藍(Disperse blue 1)反應,利用異氰酸鹽的NCO官能基與分散藍的NH2反應,將鏈延長劑1,4-丁二醇(1,4-Butanediol)與分散藍分別以100/0、75/25、50/50、25/75的比例,加入聚碳酸酯二醇形成聚氨基甲酸酯預聚合物,利用IR與NMR判定是否形成-NH-CO-NH-反應官能基使異氰酸鹽成功引入具有螢光染料的結構,針對聚合物的物性及色遷度加以探討。 經測試結果得知:在熱性質方面,由DSC測試顯示聚氨基甲酸酯聚合體為兩相結構且具有相分離,Tgs與軟鏈段長度有關,而隨著染料分子的染著使得Tgh有增加的趨勢,Tgs則不會有明顯的變化;聚碳酸酯二醇的分子量對聚氨基甲酸酯的性能影響很大,以PCDL800系列製備的聚氨基甲酸酯,其UV穿透率較高、熱穩定性較佳。

The main point of this study is polyurethanes(PUs) were synthesized from using series of polycarbonate diol. Firstly, we want to react use isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) of aromatic with Disperse blue 1, Use of the NCO functional groups of aliphatic isocyanates and react with the NH2 functional groups of Disperse blue 1.The polyurethane prepolymer was then extended with mixture of 1,4-butanediol and Disperse blue 1(the proprtion of 1,4-butanediol 100%,75%,50%,25%),By using IR and NMR determine whether the formation of –NH-CO-NH- confirmed to isocyanate structure of the fluorescent dye.The chemical, physical and the dyeing propeties of polyurethane copolymers are discussed. From experimental DSC measurement,it shows that the polyurethane copolymers have two phase structures and good phase separation. Moreover, the Tgsis found to change with the length of soft segment,the dyed copolymers exhibit higher Tgh than those of without dyeing, but Tgs is not obviously changed. The molecular weight of the polycarbonate diol is a great influence on polyurethane copolymers.The copolymers of PCDL800 series,the penetration of UV results is higher than PCDL2000 series, the thermal stability is better than PCDL2000 series.
