鋁合金6061氧丁烷火燄硬銲之研究

摘要


本研究利用鋁合金材料6061厚度3.2mm板料,使用補銲焊條做為填充金屬,配合助焊劑,利用火炬焊接(氧氣及丁烷),配合自動進給平台,固定夾持治具,以穩定的速度進行鋁合金材料硬焊,期望提供另一種方便、便宜、穩定的鋁合金薄板焊接技術。由於鋁合金薄板材料不易焊接,目前常使用塩浴爐濕硬焊接,由於濕硬焊設備非常昂貴,焊接成本高,並且會產生許多污染物質,因此選擇使用火炬硬銲。 為確保焊接品質之穩定,本研究選擇幾項會影響焊接品質的參數進行研究,如焊接氣體比例、火嘴口徑大小及火燄與焊接接頭距離等,再透過各種機械性質的測試,如拉伸測試、拉伸破斷面之SEM觀察、微硬度量測、金相顯微鏡組織觀察等,可進一步了解其銲道結構及機械性質的影響性,進而熟悉此類鋁合金材料的硬焊特性與最適切之銲接參數組合。

The study of aluminum alloy #6061 with sheet thickness of 3.2mm material, by using repair welding rod to fill the metal with the help of fluxed, utilize Oxygen and butane welding torch flame, support by auto feeding table and holding fixture. The table move with the stable speed in the process of welding, expect to over come the low cost and welding technology with different method. The difficult welding the sheet metal of aluminum alloy. Dip brazing welding method are commonly used, but the equipment is very expensive, process are costly, beside it produce heavy pollutants during process. So choose to use the torch brazing. To ensure the new welding method is reliable, by choosing some parameter could effect upon welding quality need further study, like the welding air gas ratio, size of the flame nozzle, the distance between nozzle head and the object to be weld. The different mechanism property testing are apply accordingly as follow: Tensile test, microhardness test, optical metallographic examination, and SEM analysis were conducted. The result would give us better understanding the influence on welding structure and mechanic character. Eventual for this type of aluminum alloy require welding parameter to produce optimum solder result.
