冷凍空調安裝技術人員專業能力分析之研究

A Study on Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Installation Technicians’ Competencies

摘要

本研究旨在分析冷凍空調安裝技術人員專業能力。根據研究主題，蒐集國內外相關研究、業界教育訓練資料等進行歸納整理；研究方法採訪談法及問卷調查法，首先針對5位國內冷凍空調安裝技術學者及從業人員進行訪談，並以立意抽樣方式進行問卷調查，瞭解臺灣日立綜合空調股份有限公司技術訓練支援處30位職員對於專業能力的重要程度看法，獲致以下結論。
一、冷凍空調安裝技術人員專業能力類別分為8項專業能力類別，分別為圖面辨識與繪製能力、作業準備能力、冷媒管路處理能力、冷媒系統處理能力、控制電路系統處理能力、設備運轉測試能力、故障判斷能力、工業安全與職業道德。
二、冷凍空調安裝技術人員專業能力內涵分為68項能力內涵，包含知識層面能力內涵23項、技術層面能力內涵39項、態度層面能力內涵6項。
三、冷凍空調安裝技術人員專業能力等級層次分為「基礎」、「進階」兩項等級層次，其中基礎等級層次共58項專業能力內涵，進階等級層次共10項專業能力內涵。

This study aims to analyze the refrigeration and air-conditioning installation technicians’ Competencies. Based on the research subject, it collects and collates relative studies both at home and abroad and training materials in this field. With interview method and questionnaire survey as tools, it interviews five domestic scholars and practitioner engaging in refrigeration and air-conditioning installation, and conduct questionnaire survey be means of judgmental sampling, so as to learn the views of 30 staffs from Supporting Department of Skills Training in Taiwan Hitachi Co., Ltd about the importance of competencies. It gets conclusions as following:
1. There are eight category of competencies for installation technicians, including competencies of diagram recognition and drawing, operation preparation, handling of refrigerant piping, handling of refrigerant mechanism, handling of control circuit system, testing of facility operation, judgment of faults and industrial safety & professional ethics.
2. The connotation of technicians’ competencies covers 68 items, of which 23 items are of knowledge level, 39 of technical level and 6 of attitude level.
3. The grades of technicians’ competencies are divided into two level, basic and advanced. The former covers 58 items of connotation of competencies, and the latter contains 10 items .
