以景觀連接度指標探討都市綠地生態規劃-臺北市北投奇岩新社區及大彎北段地區之案例比較分析

摘要


近年來全球規劃思潮已朝向「生態社區」乃至於「生態城市」推動,期望透過合理規劃設計,維持原有生態系統,減少對環境的干擾和破壞。都市是生態系統的一部分,除可提供人類居住外,都市中的公園綠地也構成都市的生態系統,為動、植物的棲息地及扮演都市保護生物多樣性的關鍵角色,因此都市計畫必須留設可讓生物存活的棲息地並應善加維護。 連接度為景觀網絡結構的一個重要特徵及區域生態復原的重要因子,國內研究結果顯示公園綠地連接度會影響生物多樣性及群聚現象。本研究運用景觀生態學之景觀結構連接度指標,以臺北市北投奇岩新社區及大彎北段地區為案例分析評估都市環境裡被視為嵌塊體之都市公園綠地其連接情形,研究結果顯示奇岩新社區在綠地面積、邊緣值、綠廊寬度、網絡環通度、網絡複雜度、網絡連通度等6項指標優於大彎北段地區,其公園綠地規劃設計上考量與毗鄰綠地及既有藍帶(磺港溪、中崙仔溝)整合,較重視未來生物多樣性的發展,具有塑造優質生態社區之潛能,並實證臺北市於都市公園綠地之規劃技術已朝向生態城市發展。

In recent years, the global trend of urban planning is to build "eco- communities " to form "eco- cities." Through rational planning, the original ecosystem is expected to be reserved while the environment is protected from artificial interference and damage. Cities are a part of the ecosystem as human habitats as well as special urban green lands, which play crucial roles in preserving biological diversity. Therefor, urban planning must put the eco-system into consideration and endeavor to protect the environment. Connectivity index is an important factor of landscape structure and regional ecological network. Domestic research has showed that parkland connectivity index influences biodiversity and bio clustering. In this study, the landscape connectivity index is applied to analyze connections between urban green patches in Beitou Qiyan New Community and the northern Dawan region at Taipei City. The study results show that Qiyan New Community has higher values than the northern Dawan region has of six indicators, which are Green Area, Edge Value, Corridor Width, Circuitry, Network Complexity, and Network Connectivity. Qiyan New Community has higher potential to be developed as better eco-friendly community owing to the integrated park planning of green spaces and adjacent Blue Corridor ( Huanggang Creek, Chung Lun Tsai ditch ), which put more emphasis on biodiversity in future development as well as the potential to shape high quality ecological communities. All of these have shown that Taipei City Park and Greenland Planning technology has been formed as eco-city development.
