廢液晶面板最適處理模式之研究

A Study of Optimal Treatment Model for LCD Panel

摘要


鑑於現行回收處理廠處理廢液晶顯示器多回收有價物質後,液晶面板以掩埋處理,有違我國環境保護及資源永續宗旨。本研究目的尋求能妥善處理廢液晶顯示器與液晶面板,並具經濟效益之處理模式;運用經濟績效指標,建立廢液晶顯示器回收拆解程序及廢液晶面板處理模式之成效評估方法,透過問卷調查與文獻蒐集,針對環保署、廢液晶顯示器回收處理廠及資源化再利用廠,掌握績效評估所需元素,分析廢液晶顯示器不同拆解程序及廢液晶面板處理技術之經濟績效。 實際以12吋筆記型電腦為例,探討回收拆解程序績效,成本方面以收集成本最高達-153元/台,其餘依序為處置成本-16.453元/台、拆解成本-14.889元/台,而收益方面則以補助收益最高達303元/台,材料收益39.695元/台;根據研究結果研提廢液晶顯示器最佳回收拆解程序為「液晶面板模組→電池模組→外殼模組→鍵盤模組→軟碟模組→PCB模組→硬碟模組」。 以12吋液晶面板為例,評估現行廢液晶面板處理技術績效,其中處理液晶技術、剝除偏光板與回收銦金屬技術及製成綠建材原料技術等處理方式之總經濟效益分別為-8.099元/公斤、-1,288.558元/公斤及4.333~8.417元/公斤;根據研究結果研提廢液晶面板最適處理模式現階段為「製成綠建材原料模式」。本研究成果可供主管機關擬訂廢液晶顯示器回收處理管制規範參考,更可作為回收處理廠提升廢液晶顯示器處理績效參考依據。

Nowadays, LCD panel was landfill after the process of recovering valuable material in the waste electrical and electronics equipment factories. It is opposite to the purpose of environmental protections and sustainable objects. The goal of research is to seek that a well-arranged in the waste LCD and the panel. Moreover, the well-arranged should has processing of pattern the economic efficiency; this study also establishes the way that is efficiency evaluation of the process of recycling of the waste LCD and the panel base on economical achievements. In order to found the optimal treatment model for LCDs, this study interviewed several relevant institutions of LCDs, such as LCD panel and LCD application product manufactories, waste electrical and electronics equipment factories, the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration. Sending questionnaires to these relevant organizations was another way to get clearly data to establish the optimal disassemble processing and treatment technology of LCD. Taking a 12" laptop for an example and discussing about the efficiency of resolution. There are five costs need to be discussed. First of all, the transit cost is the highest cost NT$153. Secondly, the cost of disposal is NT$16.453. The third is cost of disassemble NT$14.889. Furthermore, the highest price of grant benefit is NT$303. Secondly, the benefit of material is NT$39.695. According to results of research of LCD product, the best order of division is LCD Module→ Cell Module→ Case Module→ Keyboard Module→ Floppy Disk→ PCB Module→ Hard Disk. This study takes 12" LCD panel for an instance to estimate currently in effect of processing technology. The benefits of economic include processing technology, polarizer removal, ITO recovery and glass recycling are -NT$8.099/kg, -NT$1,288.558/kg, and NT$4.333~ NT$8.417/kg, respectively. Moreover, the optimal treatment model for LCD panel that base on the result of research is the glass recycling. This result of study could be a sample to offer official authorities to draw up the rules of recycling of LCD product. In addition, it also could supply recycling and processing factory to upgrade the results of process of LCD product.
