金門浯江溪空間再現設計

摘要

溪流空間被視為地區紋理中最重要的資源之一，而溪流空間再現已是現今城鄉再生與改善生態環境的重要課題。
　　浯江溪緊鄰後浦城，見證了後浦城六百多年的發展歷史，更蘊藏珍貴的河口生態資源，被視為金門的「母親之河」。但民國八十五年由於城鎮發展因素，導致浯江溪約六百公尺長之範圍，遭加蓋成為公共停車場，此舉除造成嚴重的生態破壞，更從此杜絕人與水親近的可能性。
　　本設計論文以「誘導式結構」為操作方法，「金門縣浯江溪加蓋河段及其周遭環境」為操作對象，提出重新開啟浯江溪之規劃設計，經文獻探討配合基地現況條件分析歸納整合33項規劃設計原則，推論導出8項設計概念，再進行二階邏輯推演出「自然與人文的疊合」、「生物共同活動的場域」之目標情境轉化為空間結構體，提供作為未來金門浯江溪規劃設計之參考與建議。

River space is regarded as one of the most essential resources of terrain textures. The regeneration of river space has been the vital issue to activate urban and rural and to improve ecological environment nowadays.
　　Wu-Jiang River joins closely to Hou-Pu township, it is viewed as“mother river” to Kinmen for the river witnessed the development of Hou-Pu township for 600 more years plus the river mouth holds valuable natural resources. However, in 1996, due to the development, a parking lot was erected over Wu-Jiang River for about 600 meters in length. The parking lot not only deadly destroyed eco-environment but also blocked chances for people to approach the river from then on.　　
　　This thesis takes“Heuristic Structure”as a research method, aims“The Section of Wu-Jiang River Under a Parking Lot and its Surroundings in Kinmen” as the subject, then brings up the design to regenerate Wu-Jiang River. By way of researched documents and analyzed the condition of the site, 8 design conceptions derived from 33 planning principles. Then goal situations: “Integration of Natural and Culture” and “A Shared Space for Creatures” deduced from the second phase, turned into the space structure that acting as references and suggestions for the regeneration of Wu-Jiang River in the future.
