師資培育之大學中等學校師資培育生生涯發展狀況與婚姻觀關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Career Development Status and Marital Viewpoints for Secondary School Teacher Education Students in the Universities with Teacher Education in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討師資培育之大學中等學校師資培育生生涯發展狀況贊同傾向及婚姻觀認同感覺程度、差異和相關情形,並分析不同背景變項師資培育之大學中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況與婚姻觀之差異情形,進而探究中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況與婚姻觀兩者間之相關性。 研究方法係採問卷調查法,以2012年(101學年度)全國師資培育之大學中等學校師資培育生為研究對象,並以「師資培育之大學中等學校師資培育生生涯發展狀況與婚姻觀關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,採分層隨機抽樣方法,共發放問卷為1,100份,回收有效問卷總計968份,有效問卷回收率為88%。統計方法以集中量數與變異量數、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及典型相關為分析方法。經過資料處理分析後,獲得以下結論: 一、中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況(含生涯探索、生涯規劃及 生涯定向)傾向程度達到中高贊同;婚姻觀(含單身不婚、自由 開放及封閉傳統)感覺程度達到中高認同。 二、中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況會因為性別、年齡、婚姻、 最高學歷、學校屬性、培育階段不同而有差異,但是,不同就讀 系所並無差異。 三、中等學校師資培育生的婚姻觀會因為性別、年齡、婚姻及最高學 歷不同而有部分差異,但是,不同學校屬性、就讀系所及培育階 段並無差異。 四、中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況會影響婚姻觀;生涯發展狀 況越良好,單身不婚類型減少,自由開放及封閉傳統類型增多; 生涯發展狀況中的生涯探索越高會降低婚姻觀中的封閉傳統類型 認同感。 研究結論根據研究結果,針對中等學校師資培育生的生涯發展狀況及婚姻觀提出建議,以提供師資教育主管單位、師資培育大學、學生及未來後續研究者酌參。

The purpose of this study is to explore the degree, differences and its relationship of secondary school teacher education students career development status approval tendency and marital viewpoints agree perception, and analysis of different background factors of secondary school teacher education students career development and the differences of marital viewpoints, and then explore the relationship between career development status and marital viewpoints for secondary school education students. This study employed questionnaire survey, 2012 (101 academic year) of all of the country’s universities with teacher education for secondary school teacher education students as research object, and " the relationship between career development status and marital viewpoints for secondary school teacher education students in the universities with teacher education” questionnaire as a research tool, questionnaires were distributed to 1,100 copies total of 968 valid questionnaires were valid response rate was 88%. Statistical methods to focus on measures of the variance in the number of single-sample t test, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and canonical correlation analysis method. After the analysis of the data processing, the following conclusions of this research are: 1. The secondary school teacher education students reach the level of career development status (include career exploration , career planning and career orientation) middle to high approval;the level of marital viewpoints (include single type of non-marriage , free modern type and closed traditional type ) middle to high agree. 2. Statistically significant differences were found among secondary school teacher education students career development status with different genders, ages, marriages, the highest qualifications, school types and teacher education credit-taken stages, but not by classes in vocational subjects. 3. Statistically part significant differences were found among secondary school teacher education students marital viewpoints with different genders, ages, marriages, the highest qualifications, but not by school types, classes in vocational subjects and teacher education credit-taken stages. 4. Career development status of secondary school teacher education students will affect marital viewpoints;career development status of secondary school teacher education studentsare very well; and single type of non-marriage of marital viewpoints will be reduced, then free modern type and closed traditional type of marital viewpoints will be increased;the higher career exploration of career development status will reduce the free modern type and closed traditional type of marital viewpoints agree perception . Research conclusion based on the findings, recommendations of career development status and marital viewpoints for secondary school teacher education students, were provided for teacher education authorities, universities with teacher education, students and the future researchers discretions as a reference.
