自然生態淨化污水處理系統之研究 -以陽明山國家公園大屯地區污水處理設施為例-

摘要


國家公園經營理念乃以國土生態環境保護、保育與永續利用為原則,在此環保意識興起之時代,自然生態工法已蔚為新的思維、新方向。本研究以陽明山國家公園大屯地區污水處理為例,並在適宜規劃設計策略下,以自然生態淨化機制的手法,讓水中的水、空氣、微生物、植物共同發揮對污水自然生態淨化的整體效果,俾以降低對環境污染與衝擊,為國家公園維持生態系統永續發展的重要使命與責任。 本研究以國家公園遊客公共廁所排放之污水,經前置設備處理後尚存之各污染源:有機物、懸浮固體、氮、磷、致病細菌等,以人工濕地及地下滲濾處理系統進行去除機制,透過系統中物理性沉降、過濾、吸附與揮發、化學性吸附、吸收、離子交換、氧化還原反應、生物性的代謝分解與攝食作用等手段,並依據地區之生態環境及水質調查結果,進行適地性之效能評估,將污染物自污水中移除達成水質淨化目標,作為國家公園未來在設置淨化污水處理系統的參考應用。

National park management is based on ecology environmental protection, preservation and sustainable utilization. With the growing consciousness of environmental protection, ecological engineering method becomes popular. The study was focused on sewage treatment in Yangmingshan National Park area and sought proper strategic planning to allow water, air, microbes and plants use natural purification mechanism in a natural purification mechanism to develop natural purification effect on sewage. It expected to reduce the impact and pollution to environment and fulfill the mission to maintain the natural ecology and sustainable development for Yangmingshan National Park. The tourist toilet sewage from Yangmingshan National Park after pre-treatment still had various contaminants like organisms, suspending solids, nitrogen, phosphor and bacteria. The study sought to remove pollutants from the sewage and achieve water purification through the removal mechanisms of constructed wetland and subsurface infiltration system that actually involved measures like physical settlement, filtration, adsorption, absorption, ionic exchange, oxidation and reduction, biodegradation and intake. The study would re-assess the regional feasibility of purification mechanism with the results of ecological environmental investigation and groundwater quality control and served as references for future sewage treatment systems in the national park.
