施工前圖說整合,傳統檢討模式係將各種相關圖說一一套疊,然而卻有連動性差、套疊時線段重疊、缺乏整體性檢核(每次僅能兩圖互套)及立體空間…等問題,確認圖說之正確性後,再藉由想像或輔以二維剖面圖,判斷建築物內部空間配置是否衝突,以檢討發包圖說之施工性。 本研究藉由建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling,簡稱BIM)整合圖說資訊,簡化施工前套圖作業,藉由BIM立體模型同步化、直觀等特性,降低施工前檢討模式對”人”之依頼。本研究建立之BIM工程施工性分析模式,說明建築工程如何建模及檢核施工性,並結合虛擬實境軟體,調整虛擬人物至限高,控制虛擬人物步行於3D模型中,若遇淨高不足即無法前進,快速找出施工性問題。 本研究將導入至實際案例,分析BIM與傳統施工性檢討模式差異,最後提出建議及後續研究方向,透過本研究建立之BIM分析模式,使得施工性檢討過程更簡化、迅速、準確,改善傳統施工性缺點,本研究建立之BIM工程施工性分析模式,經案例驗證初步已可協助二維圖說進行施工性檢討。
The constructability analysis is always been considered important and complicated work during the construction phase. The engineer usually uses 2D paper-based drawing to enhance the constructability analysis for better understand of progress and conflict of construction work for construction management. These traditional ways of the constructability analysis usually cause time-consuming problems and problem misundestanding. Furthermore, this situation always makes the inconvenient of engineer and managers and also decreases the efficiency in constructability work. Building information modeling (BIM) is the latest concept and technology in building and construction engineering. The main function of BIM includes presenting and simulating construction opeartions by 3D model, and making constructability analysis by 3D BIM model engineering project. This study addresses application of BIM in constructability analysis and proposes a BIM-based constructability analysis mechanism during the construction phase. The proposed system is then applied in selected case study in Taiwan to demonstrate the effectiveness of constructability analysis in practice. The combined results demonstrate that, a proposed application and method tem can be an effective tool for constructability analysis by utilizing the BIM approach.
