從策略管理觀點來探討個案公司兩岸營運模式之研究

摘要


策略管理是影響企業發展成敗的關鍵因素。在激烈競爭的環境下,物流業者思考如何降低成本、提升效率以及服務品質之際,營運計畫模式發展是企業能否永續經營的一個重要項目之一。本研究即以此為目的,深入研究物流作業模式,發展兩岸營運發展計劃模式並套用在物流業者身上的影響。在激烈競爭的環境 下,物流業者思考如何降低成本、提升效率以及服務品質之際,營運計畫 是企業未來能否永續經營的一個重要項目之一。本研究即以此為目的,嘗試運用策略分析方法套用在物流業者身上的營運計畫未來發展藍圖。 本文採用各種策略分析研究方法,深入訪個案公司,剖析個案公司的 營運計畫與發展兩岸營運經營計畫。經過研究整理與分析後,而所衍生之個案公司營運計畫未來發展方向。 最後,從個案策略分析角角研究中發展出物流服務業導入服務創新的八項命題,所以服務創新可以協助物流業者延伸物流服務項目,物流業者導入兩岸發展新的營運計畫模式,將有助於提升企業營運價值並運用策略角度給與後續營運參酌方向後在透過相關資訊回饋及訪談問卷記錄等相關資訊整理後,並給與八個命題方向作為後續研究參酌與探討之用。

The strategy management is affects the enterprise to develop the success or failure key aspect.In under the steep competition environment, the physical distribution entrepreneur pondered how reduces when the cost, the lifting efficiency as well as the service quality, transport business plan pattern development is one of important projects which whether the enterprise does continue forever to manage.This research namely take this as a goal, studies the physical distribution work pattern thoroughly, develops both banks transport business development plan pattern and applies mechanically on the physical distribution entrepreneur body the influence.In under the steep competition environment, the physical distribution entrepreneur pondered how reduces when the cost, the lifting efficiency as well as the service quality, transport business plan is one of important projects which whether the enterprise future will continue forever to manage.This research namely take this as a goal, will attempt applies mechanically using the strategy analysis method on the physical distribution entrepreneur body transport business plan future develops the blueprint. This article uses each strategy analysis research technique, visits the case company thoroughly, analysis case company's transport business and develops both banks transport business management project.Reorganizes after the research and analyzes, but case of company transport business plan derivation future development direction. Finally, develops the physical distribution service industry from the case strategy analysis call of a male pheasant research to induct the service innovation eight propositions, therefore the service innovation may assist the physical distribution entrepreneur to extend lives the physical distribution service project, the physical distribution entrepreneur inducts both banks to develop the new transport business plan pattern, will conducive toward favor the promotion enterprise transport business value and gives the following transport business after the strategy angle to deliberate the direction after penetration correlation correlation information reorganizations and so on information back coupling and interview questionnaire record, and will give eight proposition directions to take the following research will deliberate using of with the discussion.
