無機聚合物膠結古蹟夯土材料之物性研究

摘要


中國古文明利用夯土材料作為建築材料已經有數千年的歷史,以目前的建築技術雖然進步到使用高強度的混凝土與制震鋼骨結構為主要的建築工法,但在大陸福建、廣東地區的客家族群,依舊保存按照古老夯土技術所建築的夯土土樓,而由夯土技術建築而成的夯土樓,據考證至少都有五百多年的歷史,以生態永續的觀點來看,夯土材料獨特的耐久性,非常值得加以研究探討。此外,依據「文化資產保存法」中記載,若能利用現代科技結合傳統夯土技術,並改善其力學特性與耐久性,可提供未來古蹟修復相關單位做為參考與利用。 故本研究利用無機聚合物具有一定程度的膠結性與良好的耐高溫性能、燃燒時又不具毒性的特性,與過篩後的夯土材料按不同實驗規畫之配比,製成不同配比的夯土-無機化合物,進行抗壓強度試驗,以分析比較不同配比的夯土-無機化合物抗壓強度之關係,再利用抗拉強度試驗與比重、吸水率試驗討論比較其材料耐久性,並且黏結於夯土磚以進行介面剪力強度試驗討論其黏結性,以期望藉由一連串之試驗,了解夯土材料與無機聚合物的最佳配比其物性研究,可望作為古蹟修復之參考。

Chinese people use rammed earth as a building material for thousands of years of history has bee. Despite the current construction technology has advanced to the concrete and steel structure using earthquake prevention high-tech for major construction materials. However, Fujian and Guangdong provinces the Hakka people are still preserved in accordance with the ancient rammed earth rammed earth building construction technology. The research that formed by the rammed earth building construction, the youngest have at least 500 years of history. Its unique durability, worth study. In addition, based on 「Cultural Heritage Preservation Law and its Enforcement Rules"」record . If the field of using modern technology combined with the outsider to reproduce traditional rammed earth technology and improve its mechanical properties and durability, may offer relevant units of historic building restoration and use as a reference. In this study, a good high temperature properties of Geopolymer, with a certain degree of cementation of combustion characteristics of non-toxic. And rammed earth materials according to the ratio of different experimental planning, made of Rammed earth-Geopolymer with different proportions. Specimens after compression test cover levels.To analyze the different proportions of the relationship between compressive strength of Rammed earth-Geopolymer. And tensile test、density test、permeability test to analyze the different proportions of the relationship between durability of Rammed earth-Geopolymer. And rammed earth bricks used in the interface shear strength tests for the discussion of their cementation .To expectations about rammed earth materials and the best ratio of Geopolymer. As a reference for historic restoration.
