雲端服務在營建工程資訊管理應用之研究-以中小型企業為例

摘要

隨著資訊科技日漸發展，資訊分享台已成為很多企業不可或缺工具。基於規劃營建5e標章活動相關條例，民國94年國內營造廠營建e化標章第一等級進行普查，顯示營建中小型企業運用資訊分享帄台仍普遍不足，目前許多公司乃係採用人工口頭傳遞訊息之管理方式，但是，公司各部門介面管理、複雜工程事項等因素，使用人工口頭告知訊息易造成公司於資訊傳遞上出現員工無法及時了解公司狀況、告知訊息遺漏、資源無法共享等問題；此外，訊息傳遞是公司內部重要事情，每個部門都需藉由傳遞告知對方訊息，因此利用資訊分享帄台將可以有效地避免因訊息遺漏，造成公司重複施作浪費資源、時間。
基於上述原因，本研究應用雲端服務（Cloud Service）概念且結合「Google協作帄台」建置營建中小型企業之一般型企業網頁、企業入口網站、專案管理網站，一般型企業網頁為全球人員觀賞資訊帄台之網頁，將公司之歷史背景、營運現況、最新消息公諸於全球；企業入口網站為公司員工觀賞資訊帄台之網頁，將各部門所需訊息藉由此帄台傳遞，分享於公司員工；專案管理網站為專案管理人員觀賞資訊帄台之網站，此網站只提供負責此一專案人員分享。最後本研究透過實際案例的導入，加以分析討論資訊系統之效益與困難，作為後續工程應用之參考。

For these reasons, this study cloud services (Cloud Service) concept and the combination of "Google Sites" general building construction enterprises SME
website, business website, project management website, the general staff for the global enterprise web viewing information Web platform, the company's historical background, operational status, the latest news made public in the world; enterprise portal platform for the company's website employees viewing information, the information required by the department to pass this platform to share in the
company's employees; project management Web site for the project management information platform of the viewing sites, this site provides only responsible for this
project to share. Finally, through actual case studies of the import, to be analyzed and discussed the effectiveness of information systems and difficulties, as a reference for subsequent project applications.
