大屯國小忠棟校舍之耐震評估及補強研究

摘要

本研究中針對大屯國小忠棟校舍進行結構耐震能力評估。由於大屯國小忠棟校舍為石造建築，而國內現有之建築物耐震能力評估法僅適用於鋼筋混凝土構造，因此無法以傳統方式進行評估。本研究中根據現行建築物耐震設計規範之規定，並參考FEMA-356所建議之建築物耐震能力分析方式，分別以靜力與動力方法對該棟校舍進行分析以了解該建築物在地震中之全性，此外本研究中並針對校方目前現則之補強方案進行評估，以確認補強之預期成效。

To ensure the safety of both students and faculty, a structural analysis was performed onChung Hall, which is constructed of rock , in the Taipei Municipal Datun Elementary school to evaluate the resistance of the building. Since all seismic evaluation method for existing building currently certified in Taiwan are tailored for concrete buildings, the seismic resistance of Chung Hall cannot be assessed through such techniques. To examine the structural safety of this building in potential earthquakes, a finite-element analysis was performed on this building based on the local building code and the linear dynamic procedure suggested in FEMA-356, and the result will serve as rhe reference for the upcoming retrofit work.
