時間電價訂定最佳化與節能技術應用之研究

摘要


由於傳統能源對環境污染惡化,能源費用高漲,各國都致力於能源使用效率提昇及節約能源,由於科技不斷發展,在電力系統的運轉、管理和設備效率提昇方法中日新月異,故能源使用效率提昇及節約能源的各項技術具有很多探討空間。 電力負載的運轉、管理及節能方法,國內外文獻的探討都有其優缺點論述。因此,我們針對以超高大樓為範例執行各種能源管理及節約能源執行技術面提出探討。 本論文利用超高大樓案例驗證本論所提出需求面管理之技術,應用在用戶端的負載管理及節能分析為研究架構。在負載管理方面,使用EXCEL軟體應用循序搜尋法、簡易搜尋法求取最佳契約容量及本論文所提出之時間電價判別式,以利業者選擇最適時間電價,供高壓及超高壓用戶參考。在節約能源方面提出超高大樓使用高效率的LED燈更新傳統鹵素燈、安全方向指示燈,並將傳統T8燈具改為T5燈具的節能計畫方案,並將執行規畫步驟,利用IPMVP驗證方法、節能效益評估及後續保養計畫,提出完整範例供後續研究學者有所參考。

Due to the deterioration of traditional energy sources of environmental pollution, energy costs increases, countries are committed to enhance energy efficiency and energy conservation. As technology continues to develop, the operation of power system management and device efficiency approach improves energy efficiency and various energy saving technology each passing day, which also leads to more spaces for exploration. Literatures and research related to the advantages and disadvantages of electrical load operation, management, and energy conservation methods are already being discussed world-wide. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss a variety of energy management implementation strategies for Taiwan’s ultra-floor. In this paper, cases of ultra-high floor load are included to verify the theory put forward by management technique, which is later used upon load management and analysis for energy-saving. The simple sequential search method of linear search within the EXCEL software is also used to yield the optimal contract capacity and the time price of electricity. This enables industry to select the most suitable time pricing for high-voltage and ultra- high voltage. As for the energy-saving aspect, this paper proposes using ultra- high-efficiency LED floor lamp as a replacement of traditional halogen lamps and safety blinkers. Also, changing the traditional T8 lamps to energy saving T5 lamps. By implementing this plan and using the IPMVP authentication methods in energy conservation, energy efficiency evaluation and follow-up care plan, this would allow subsequent executors to have a complete sample for further reference in the future.
