電場耦合式小體積無線供電系統開發與分析

Development and Analysis of The Small Size Electric Field Coupling Wireless Power System

摘要


本研究旨在製備出一簡易電容式無線傳輸裝置,使用Multisim模擬電路,藉由振盪電路與電子開關相互運作可使DC電壓源達到高頻振盪,由於電子電路簡化進而使電能損耗降低以及體積縮小化。在電極板設計方面,本文主動電極板設計採用多電極棋盤式交錯之並排式排列以及柱狀排列式,而並排式被動電極板相較於以往研究之外,另外提出兩種新的並聯式排列方式做為比較,考量將系統嵌入至行動電器內,將電極板面積大幅縮小並控制在20.25 〖cm〗^2內。在模擬結果中,所有電極板在傳輸效率η皆高達0.7(範圍0~1),而在實體電路實驗中,並聯式之並排電極板效率最高可達0.51與一般並排排列之效率0.19要高出許多,由實驗結果可觀察到窗形排列展現出比其他排列之並排電極較高的穩定性與傳輸效率可視為並排式電極最優先考量之排列方式,另外一方面柱狀式電極板雖效率並無並排式電極高,但在實驗中展現了高抗錯位性,且在電極面積達9〖cm〗^2以上時,最大傳輸距離可達1.76 cm,且與面積關係呈穩定成長曲線;最後可發現兩種排列電極板各有其特色,柱狀排列之電極展現了高穩定性與高自由度,而並排式電極則展現其定點於高耦合區時之高效率。

This study aimed to prepare a simple capacitive wireless transmission device, With the oscillation circuit and electronic switches cooperate, DC power source achieve high-frequency oscillation. On the other hand, because of the simplified electronic circuit, achieve low power consumption and the volume of downsizing. In the the electrode plate design, using two kinds of active electrode, one is the row array, the other is column array, the row array electrode plate design using multielectrode checkerboard staggered. Additionally, the arrangement of the row array passive electrode, in different of previous studies, this paper propose two new parallel electrode arrangement. In consider of embedding into the small size appliance, the electrode plate area reduced and controlled in 20.25〖cm〗^2. In circuit simulation results, three kinds of arrangement of row array electrode plates all get high transmission efficiency η as high as 0.91; In the entity circuit experiment, The efficiency of the parallel arrangement of the electrode plates up to 0.51 is much higher than the normal row array’s 0.19. In the experiment results, it can be observed that the window- shaped arrangement shows a higher stability and efficiency than the other electrode arrangement of the row array, it can be regarded as the first priority of the electrode arrangement is window- shaped arrangement. In the other hand, although the column array electrode plate have no higher efficiency than the row array’s, but it shows the high resistance of dislocation in all experiments, Furthermore, when the area of column array electrode plate improve up to 9〖cm〗^2, the maximum transmission distance is able to increase to 1.76 cm, and the curve of relationship between the area and the maximum transmission distance grows stability. Finally, both the row array and the column array have their own characteristics, the column array electrode shows the high stability and high freedom in charging field, and row array electrode have good performance in high transmission efficiency in the high point of the coupling region.
