氣壓缸內部缸體經陽極鍍膜之動態摩擦研究

摘要


本研究為準確量測氣壓缸活塞往復運動產生的摩擦力及運動特性,搭載了一個新型的摩擦力量測系統,利用此量測系統同時探討不同黏度的潤滑脂對氣壓缸摩擦特性產生的影響以及對氣缸壁進行表面陽極處理後的孔洞尺寸對於氣壓缸之黏滑現象是否有明確改善效果。量測系統是利用伺服馬達提供穩定之轉速驅動滾珠導螺桿,可以確保實驗中運動進給的穩定性帶動待測氣壓缸,並安裝一具S型荷重元件及時量測氣壓缸摩擦力的變化。另一方面,利用ASTM G99規範之迴轉式磨耗試驗機,將不同電壓設定值分別對鋁基材的表面生成陽極氧化鋁,來進行迴轉式磨耗測試,並利用場發掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察經陽極處理表面形貌與磨耗之微觀結構型態。結果表明在相同的測試條件下VG100黏度之潤滑脂適合使用於氣壓缸活塞往復運動。陽極處理使用草酸作為電解液,在40V電壓設定值下進行磨耗實驗,摩擦係數和硬度個別與鋁基材相比約減少55%和提升274%,具有良好的磨潤性以及耐磨性,並將陽極氧化應用於氣壓缸壁之表面處理,經本量測系統實驗後發現,在活塞往復運動的過程中潤滑脂會緩慢滲入奈米孔內,於缸壁表面形成一層潤滑膜,使得氣壓缸能保持穩定的運動狀態,氣缸作動時能夠保持穩定的摩擦力變化,其黏滯滑動現象得到有效的改善。

The purpose of this study is accurately measure pneumatic cylinder and seal with friction and motion characteristics pressure. Equipped with a new type of friction force measurement system, using this measurement system simultaneously investigate the effects of different viscosity grease friction characteristics of pneumatic cylinders and produced the pore size of the cell wall surface of the cylinder after the anodizing treatment. The dynamic characteristics of pneumatic cylinder movement is mainly due to the pneumatic cylinder internal confidential, as well as the effects of grease cylinder wall surface roughness friction. The results show that under the same test conditions VG100 viscosity of the grease suitable use in the cylinder of the piston reciprocating motion. Anodizing using oxalic acid be electrolytic, under 40V voltage wear test, the friction coefficient and the hardness of individual with the aluminum substrate compared with a decrease of about 55% and 274% improve good tribology and wear resistance, apply pressure anodized surface treatment of the cylinder wall, this measurement system was found in the course of grease piston reciprocating motionin slowly infiltrated nanometer hole, a lubricating film is formed on the surface of the cylinder wall, making the pneumatic cylinder to maintain a stable state of motion, change to maintain a stable friction, and viscous slip phenomena can get effective improvement.
