新北市公立國民中學教師 兼任學校行政工作行為意向之研究

The Study on the Behavioral Intention of Municipal Junior High School Teachers Working as Part Time Administrators in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在運用計畫行為理論探究新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向之影響因素,採用問卷調查法,以2014年任教於新北市公立國民中學教師為對象,透過分層叢集抽樣發放626份問卷,回收583份,得有效問卷559份,有效問卷回收率為95.88%。統計方法採百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森相關分析、多元逐步迴歸,經由統計分析獲得以下結論: 一、新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向趨向於中低程度。 二、新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向會因婚姻狀況不同而有所差異,整體而言「未婚」教師高於「已婚」教師。 三、新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向會因兼任學校行政經歷不同而有所差異,整體而言「現任」兼任學校行政教師高於「未曾」兼任學校行政教師和「曾經」兼任學校行政教師。 四、新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向以行為傾向態度為最為正向,其次為兼任行政工作知覺行為控制,最後為兼任行政工作行為主觀規範。 五、新北市公立國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作行為意向,以工作行為態度因素之一行為信念最具預測力,其次為規範信念、控制信念及依從動機,以結果評價預測力最小。 最後本研究根據結論提出對教師的建議、對學校的建議、對主管機關的建議。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the causes that affect the behavioral intention of municipal junior high school teachers working as part time administrators in New Taipei City. Questionnaire survey was used in this study, and the sampling subjects were teachers working in municipal junior high schools in New Taipei City in 2014. The questionnaires, with a total of 626 copies, were sent by stratified cluster sampling, and 559 copies of them were valid, with an effective response rate of 95.88%. Descriptive statistics, one sampled t-test, independent sampled t-test, one-way ANOVA as well as Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression were conducted to analyze the data. The conclusions were as follows: 1.The behavioral intention of municipal junior high school teachers, working as part time administrators in New Taipei City, was low to medium. 2.The behavioral intention of municipal junior high school teachers, working as part time administrators in New Taipei City, varied due to the different marital status. Generally, unmarried teachers had the higher intention than the married. 3.The behavioral intention of municipal junior high school teachers, working as part time administrators in New Taipei City, varied due to the service of years. Generally, the current teachers who work as part time administrators had the higher intention than those who haven’t had the experience and those who have had the experience. 4.Comparatively, the attitude had more positive effect on the behavioral intention of municipal junior high school teachers. The perceived behavior control came next, and the subjective norm had the least effect. 5.Considering the effectiveness of the index forecast of the intention, the behavioral belief came first; the belief in norm, the belief in control, and the motivation to comply came next. The presumption of the evaluation came last. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for teachers, schools, and the educational administration were proposed.
