透地雷達應用於地下管線探勘之研究

A Study of Applying Ground Penetration Radar Detect Underground Pipelines

摘要


大地工程上,經常遇到需檢核及驗收地下管線或舖面厚度等問題,傳統上使用明挖或鑽掘方式,相當耗力費時,所需經費龐大、易產生噪音、造成鋪面結構與管線之損害以及妨礙交通等。有待研究更簡便有效的非破壞檢測方法進行測試並解決問題。透地雷達簡稱GPR,乃利用雷達波碰到物體反射之自然現象,分析反射波雙程走時、波形、振幅、頻率等特徵來判別反射體之位置及尺寸。 本研究以砂箱模擬典型管線試驗,變換不同材質管線以不同的幾何排列方式在試驗砂坑中進行試驗,然後再藉由不同情況之實際工程案例來分析相異材質之地下管線之圖像特徵,並經由濾波及增益等處理功能來增強管線之訊號,分析道路下管線之分布情形,並與砂箱模擬試驗之結果比較,觀察雷達波之特性,並利用3-D影像處理軟體Easy 3D做資料之影像分析,改善傳統2-D之缺點,並比較優缺點及差異性,檢討其適用性。在管線探測初步成果方面,能分辨出PE及PVC管線由於材質差異所造成之圖像特徵,並證實此法對於實際地下管線位置之探勘有相當之成效,證實GPR法有亟待推廣之潛力。

In geotechnical engineering, it is often necessary to carry out inspection work prior to the acceptance of pipelines or pavement thickness. Traditionally, digging or drilling is used for this purpose. However, this is not only costly and time consuming, but also destroyed the pavement structures and caused disturbances to nearby residents. A simpler and more effective method in solving this kind of problem is necessary. The topic here is a non-destructive investigation method, which is calledthe Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) that employs the radar wave reflection principle. By analyzing the round-trip reflected wave, waveform, the amplitude and frequency of vibration, and other characteristics we can derive the location and size of an object below ground. This study use a sand box to simulate typical hole pipe test. Vary different material pipeline and geometry arrange the way and carry on the test in the sand box, then analyse the picture characteristic of the underground pipeline of the different material with the actual project case of different situations, and strengthened the signal of pipeline by use filter and gain, analyse the distribution situation of the pipeline under road , and compare with the result of the simulated test of the sand box observing the characteristic of radar wave. And use 3–D image deal with software easy 3–D and Gradix image analysis of making data, improve the shortcoming of 2–D,and comparative advantage and disadvantage and difference, examine its suitability , survey the preliminary achievement in the pipeline, can differentiate the picture characteristic that PE and PVC pipeline cause because of the material difference,verify this way prospecting suitable effect to the real underground pipeline position ,verify GPR has potentiality to demand urgently to be popularized.
