數位敘事之網路社群App介面設計研究—以「相遇時刻」App為例

摘要


因無線網路技術及智慧型行動載具的普及,使得網路社群更為貼近人類的生活,成為多數人分享資訊、取得知識以及互動交流的管道之一。「相遇時刻」App將網路社群的概念與數位敘事進行結合,讓使用者可以藉著此平台進行故事分享、知識取得與文化交流等互動行為;本研究便以「相遇時刻」App為範例進行研究。 本研究目的在於探討網路社群app使用經驗程度不同的族群,對於「相遇時刻」介面設計的認知負荷程度、互動滿意度與使用性的差異;並於實驗後進行訪談,深入了解受測者的主觀感受與建議。 本研究結果顯示,不同網路社群App使用經驗的受測者在滿意度(QUIS)和認知負荷(NASA-TLX)上無明顯差異,但在使用性主觀感受上有明顯的差異。此外,使用性量表的平均分數皆低於標準分數,顯示此平台的介面使用性仍有須進行改善之處。因此,本研究依據實驗與訪談結果,提出介面設計相關改善建議並提供未來研究之參考。

Because of the prevalence of wireless networks and smart Mobile Devices, the social networking becomes the major means of information sharing, knowledge acquisition and interaction. “The Moment We Meet”, combining the concept of social networking and digital storytelling, allows people to share the stories about their life, acquire knowledge and exchange cultural opinions. The purpose of this study is to probe the user experience of social networking application, the NASA-TLX of the user interface design, and the difference between QUIS and the usability in the different degree. Furthermore, we arrange an interview to understand the subjects’ perspectives and their opinions about the user interface. The result of this study indicates that there is no evident difference between QUIS and NASA-TLX the subjects performed in different social networking application using experience, but there are obviously diverse perspectives of usability. Moreover, the SUS average scores are under the standard score, which shows that the improvements are needed on the user interface. According to the result of the experiment and the interview, the improvements of interface design will be proposed for the future study.
