本文研究以有機配子1,2,4,5-tetrakis(phosphorylmethyl)benzene = H8tpmb與過渡金屬離子(ZnII、CdII、AgI)及混金屬(CoII、ZnII),合成一系列的有機–無機配位聚合物(metal–organic coordinateon polymer),並且進行結構、熱穩定性、螢光性質上的一系列的探討。{[Zn2(H4tpmb)(H2O)4]×4H2O}n (1)為三維結構,具有一維孔道,孔道中的客分子水以鋸齒狀排列。在化合物{[CoZn(H4tpmb)(H2O)3]}n (2)的合成上,以二段式反應克服H8tpmb對Co及Zn金屬的選擇性,合成出混金屬中心的三維結構,經過變溫粉末繞射鍵定,其結構熱穩定性可達270 °C。{[Cd (H6tpmb)(H2O)4]×4H2O}n (3)與{[Cd2(H4tpmb)(H2O)3]}n (4),則是以相同的配方,改變溫度後,分別得到屬於室溫相的化合物3,具有一維鏈狀結構;以及屬於高溫相的的化合物4,具有三維緊密堆積結構。化合物{[Ag4(H4tpmb)] ×2H2O}n (5)為三維結構中,具有一維孔道,孔道中的客分子水是以鋸齒狀排列的,特別的是,化合物5還具有二維無限延伸的銀金屬簇結構,銀離子中心之間最小距離為3.214 A和 2.925 A,小於兩個銀之間的凡得瓦半徑3.440A,故推斷銀與銀之間存在微弱的Ag…Ag金屬間鍵結,此外化合物5屬於超低介電係數材料。
In this thesis, 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(phosphorylmethyl)benzene (H8tpmb), was used to synthesize metal-organic framework with transition-metal ions (ZnII, CdII, AgI ) and mixed metal centers (CoII and ZnII) under several conditions. Compound {[Zn2(H4tpmb)(H2O)4]×4H2O}n (1), a typical 3D MOF, adopts 1D channels that filled with the zigzag-like water chains. Using methodlogy involving multi-step reactions, a 3D MOF {[CoZn(H4tpmb)(H2O)3]}n (2) was sucessifully synthesized. {[Cd(H6tpmb)(H2O)4]×4H2O}n (3) was obtained under ambient condition preparing a 1D coordination polymer. Using similiar conditions for 3 except that the reaction temperature was carried out under 80°C, a 3D MOF {[Cd2(H4tpmb)(H2O)3]}n (4) was obtained. {[Ag4(H4tpmb)]×2H2O}n (5) was obtained under hydrothermal conditions, that is a 3D MOF including 1D water chains. It is noteworthly that 5 adopts infinite extending silver clusters, the distances of Ag(1)∙∙∙Ag(1) and Ag(2)∙∙∙Ag(2) are 3.214 A and 2.925 A. The seperation Ven der Waals radius of silver atoms are 3.440 A. Hence, it is concluded that Ag∙∙∙Ag weak metallic interactions in structure. The compound 5 is a typcal ultralow-k dielectric material. In the end of this thesis, the photo-luminescent properties of compound 1-5 were invegested in the solid state at room temperature.
