碳纖維補強T形梁之界面改良與破壞機制探討

摘要


現今國內土木工程對於結構物補強已列為重要課題之一。而材料方面最近幾年碳纖維貼片已被廣泛應用於結構補強,主要是碳纖維貼片具有高強度、耐腐蝕、重量輕、剪裁方便、施作容易等使得碳纖維貼片被廣泛應用於結構物補強。 本論文研究將縮尺寸T型梁使用碳纖維貼片包覆,並加入碳纖維壓條探討對T型梁強度之影響。試驗方法採用四點載重對T型梁進行施壓。本試驗試體設計為剪力破壞,並製作了10組不同形式的T型梁試體,觀測碳纖維壓條對於T型梁包覆的影響。

Today the domestic civil engineering structure for the reinforcement has been included as one of the important issues. The placement of carbon fiber materials has been widely used in structure reinforcement in recent years Mainly carbon fiber placement with high strength、corrosion resistance、light weight、easy to cut、construction easy to make such carbon fiber patches are widely used in reinforced structures. The paper will shrink size T-shape beams coated with carbon fiber patch And add carbon fiber layering of T-shape beam intensity of the impact. Test method using four-point load pressure on the T-shape beam. The test specimens are designed to shear damage And produced ten different of T-shape beam specimens Carbon fiber layering observed for T-beam coating effects.
