摘要


三相感應電動機在現今工業及生活應用佔有相當高的比重,而三相感應電動機經過調查佔台灣地區使用耗電量65%以上,所以其相關的三相感應電動機的效率、諧波等用電品質問題不容忽視,在本文裡針對一個典型的台北近郊山坡型社區的三相感應電動抽水機進行有關電力品質量測與改善研究,目的希望對有相同問題或不同但有相同電力品質產生時提供參考。 目前工業生產或民生應用的三相感應電動機因為不堪電力品質不良的影響,所造成的浪費電、設備效率差、溫昇、甚至燒毀等問題,因此非常重視電源的品質狀況。鑑於隨著國內業界對電力品質的重視逐漸增高,而期待有容易取得與容易使用改善對策,且能夠進而改善電力品質達到節省費用支出,相信電力品質的量測及改善值得研究與探討。 電力品質的重要性,現代社會不管是民生、工業都離不開“電力”,工業不管是傳統工業亦好,高科技工業亦好都必須重視電源狀況。為電力品質的暫態現象,例如電壓昇高降低、諧波的影響、功率因數、需量,突波的出現,這是屬於暫態記錄的範圍也電力品質好壞的依據。 因此擬藉本論文對一個典型三相感應電動抽水機設備電力品質的量測研究及改善探討來提供參考。經常固投電容器補償功率因數或老舊電容器對於諧波產生的影響。功率因數的高低及台電用電需量的訂定會影響用電電費,即影響家庭、公司的支出,尤其在這能源短缺高能源成本的時代更值得研究與改善。

Three-phase induction motor has been widely used during today's business and daily household usage, according to recent studies the power usages of the three-phase induction motors are taking over more than sixty-five percent of the total Taiwan’s electricity power usage, this fact makes the quality of the electricity that supply the three-phase induction motor’s efficiency and harmonics extraordinarily important. Within this study, we are going to analyze a classical Taipei suburb hillside residence area’s three-phase induction motor’s electricity quality and how we can improve it, the purpose is to provide needed references when one encountered similar problems or similar demands on the electricity quality for the three-phase induction motors. Due to the impact on bad quality of electricity that supply the existing industrials or house-hold’s three-phase induction motors, it costs users wasting additional electricity power, power equipment’s inefficiency and raising in its temperature, or even equipment burn out, therefore we really need to focus on the quality of the electricity. Moreover, the demand from the industry for the quality electricity raised, people are searching for easy ways to retrieve quality electricity or ways to improve their current electricity quality, which will lead them into a more cost effective quality electricity solution. Thus I believe the measurement of the electricity quality has the value for this study. In our modern society today, no matter is businesses or households, everyone needs electricity, as for business, no matter you are traditional manufactures, high-technology industries, all need to focus on the electricity’s quality and existing status. Electricity voltage’s high and low, electric harmonics, electricity power factors, electricity demands, inrush currents are all aspects that will impact the quality of the electricity that we are using today. This study will focus on an analysis of a classical three-phase induction motor powered hydraulic pump’s electricity quality measurements to provide recommendation for solutions. There are impacts on electricity harmonics due to old capacitors within the equipment, or solid-state capacitors’ compensate factors. In addition, the electricity current’s voltage and Taiwan Electricity Company’s demand would also impact the cost of the electricity, then impact the expense of the companies and house-holds, this is especially well-intentioned of studying during this world that is in shortage of power sources.
