This article concerned to assess Stimulants and Obstacles of the two elements in the work environment that could affect creativity in interior design companies. This study used a questionnaire survey method. In addition, there is an efficient measurement to conduct empirical research which applies from the literature review. As the result, we found that creativity ability and the work environment are normally above average to the employees of the interior design company. Further more, I believed “work group supports” could be vital for creativity ability to the employees, moreover, “challenging work”, “workload pressure”, ”organizational encouragement” and “ freedom” would be the four side factors for the result.
