本研究係有關於洗碗機分配器之設計與分析。本研究所設計之新型洗碗機分配器裝置具有下列特色:增加光潔劑的裝填容量、加強所有密封效果、強化光潔劑段位控制功能。 本研究首先針對洗碗機分配器,進行專利、產品型錄及相關文獻之蒐集,並加以分類與分析,發展出一款新型洗碗機分配器之設計方向。分配器之設計主要包括:蠟致動器、作動機構、密封元件及段位控制裝置。本研究透過電腦輔助繪圖軟體繪製洗碗機分配器之電腦立體模型,並進行運動模擬及干涉檢查,再配合電腦輔助分析軟體進行結構之應力分析,以確保洗碗機分配器作動時,所受到之應力皆符合安全要求。本研究已完成一款蠟致動器之製作與測試。
This research is about the design and analysis of a new dispenser in dishwashers. The new dishwasher dispenser designed in this research has following properties: increase the storage capacity of rinse-aid, strengthen all sealing effects, and enhance the rinse-aid gradation-control function. This research collected, classified, and analyzed all patents, manuals, and literatures of dishwasher dispensers to develop a design direction of a new dishwasher dispenser. The design of dispenser included: wax motor, operating mechanism, sealing elements, and gradation-control device. This research constructed computer model and performed motion simulation and interference check by using CAD software. CAE software was used for structural stress analysis to ensure that the stress level satisfies safety requirement. This research accomplished the manufacturing and testing of a new wax motor.
