醫療大樓接地系統電極設計之研究

摘要


現代大型醫療大樓都俱備高科技的精密自動化醫療儀噐,對雷擊的防護以及供電品質的穩定,都有高度要求。因此,接地系統的接地電極之規劃設計,醫院業主至為重視。 本論文以醫療大摟接地電極的規劃設計為研究重點。依據IEEE Std.80的設計程序,進行接地電極的材料選用、建築基地以土質鑽探獲得土壤電阻率以及接地系統的接地電極於設計架構定型後,對於接地電阻值、地電位昇(GPR)、接觸電壓、步間電壓等項目作了計算研究,藉以判定接地網是否符合IEEE之建議條件,並提出改善方法,包括接地電極間距加寬、導線直徑放大、接地電極數量增加、實心地網改為空心地網等相關設計參數的變化,對於接地電阻值和各種相關電壓的影響作深入探討。至於有些新建接地工程在竣工啟用後,發現接地系統之引上導線因虹吸作用,而在接地開關箱內滲水的異狀問題作了檢討,並提出其改善方法。

Nowadays, most modern medical buildings are equipped with high-tech automation medical instrument. Furthermore, lightning invasion of precautionary measures and the quality and stability of electricity supply have high requirements. Therefore, owners of hospitals put a lot of emphasis on the planning and the design of grounding system’s grounding electrode. This thesis focuses on the planning and design of medical buildings’ grounding electrode. Based on the IEEE Std.80 design procedures, every planning and design first undergo the following procedures: (1) selection for suitable grounding electrode (2) examination of building base’s soil electrical resistivity via electrical resistivity exploration, and (3) finalization of the design in grounding system’ grounding electrode. Afterwards, simulation calculation and confirmatory experiments on ground resistance value (Re), ground potential rise (GPR), touch voltage, step voltage, are made to determine whether the ground grid IEEE's recommended conditions. This thesis discusses issues in the field of engineering techniques, such as the effect of extending the grounding electrode gap, enlarging wire diameter, increasing the number of ground electrodes, changing solid ground network to hollow ground network, and other related design parameters on ground resistance value. As for the new ground after the completion of the project, it enabled the discovery of lead wire grounding system due to syphonage. Therefore, this thesis also reviews abnormal ground terminal box seepage problems and propose ways to improve it.
