金融機構廣告招牌照明節能對策之研究

摘要


本研究以節能為前題,某金融機構台灣地區分支據點外牆廣告照明為調查對象,探討節能相關課題及對策,研究結果期能為地狹人稠的台灣盡一己棉薄之力。 研究範圍選定民國98年12月底止該金融分支據點所設立之一百三十多家分支據點臨接道路牆面之直立式、橫式、騎樓內之單面、雙面招牌為全面普查之標的,計算現有耗能狀況,分基隆、北、桃竹、台中、台南、高、屏、花蓮、台東等區域,調查現有分支據點招牌使用燈管數,佐以目前點燈及熄燈時間,計算其能源管理上消耗電能的狀況,在現有的基礎上尋找省能的策略;本研究摘要如下: 一、相關文獻收集,以做為研究之依據及參考。 二、調查所有標的物之招牌其尺寸及燈管使用數量。 三、分析現有照明點燈時數,計算現有耗能之數量。 四、利用遠端監控監視,調查其用電量情形,與廣告照明用電比例之比較及探討。 五、調查現有分支據點周圍街道ATM(自動化存提款機)之位置及數量,取代現有分支據點夜間ATM之功能,取消分支據點夜間招牌燈光之使用。 六、不改變現有之設備下,以各種不同之情境分析,建議點燈及關燈之時間比較其節省能量之多寡。 七、分析以晝光自動感知系統sensor感應(調查以民國98年台灣各地,含北、中、南、東部日出及日落之時間)做為現有招牌開啟及關閉時間之策略研討。 八、研擬以T5燈管替代現有傳統燈管所節省電源之策略研討。 建議以減少廣告照明之時間及以低耗能之燈具來替代傳統螢光燈管之使用作為研究,以減少能源之耗費,期能以此研究結果帶動金融界節能省碳之參考。

This research is based on the energy-saving premise and uses the exterior advertisement lighting of one financial institution’s bank braches in Taiwan for case study. The result of this research is expected to benefit over-crowded Taiwan. The research range was chosen by one hundread and thirty bank branches of this financial institution and all of their lighting signboards, vertical and horizonal ones near streets; and single-side and double-side in corridors till December, 2009. We caculated the energy-consuming situation by regions, Keelung, Taipei, Taoyuan-Sinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pintung, Hualien and Taitung, by the numbers of light tubes to be used in the branches, and by the recent time of turning-on/off to seek the energy-saving strategies. The summary of this research as below: 1. To collect related literatures for research use and references. 2. To examine all signboard’s size and number of light tubes. 3. To analyze recent lighting time and caculate the energy consumption. 4.With the remote controlling monitor, to investigate and discuss the energy consumption and the ratio of electricity use by advertisement light. 5. To investigate the location and number of ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine) near the recent branches to analyze the possibility of substituting the branch-owned ATMs and stopping the advertisement lights at night. 6. To compare the energy saving by different suggested turn-on/off timing and analyze different scenerio without changing the recent equipments. 7. To discuss the application of natual light sensor with sunset and sunrise time of 2009 in different regions of Taiwan to new advertisment light’s turn-on/off time. 8. To discuss the substitutes of old light tubes by T5 tubes for energy saving. This research suggests to decrease the time of advertisement light and substitutes of energy-saving light tubes to reduce energy consumption; and hopefully this result can encourage financial institutions to save energy and lessen CO2 emission.
