隨著環境及能源問題日漸嚴重,各國紛紛致力於制定能源使用管制規範,降低都市的能耗問題,建築業界則推動永續設計標章,以減少對環境造成的開發傷害,目前全球總計有26個國家推動綠建築或永續設計標章。近年來,BIM(Building Information Modeling)改變了建築業界的作業流程,美國LEED推動BIM認證,減少了人力及時間的耗費,也提高了建築性能評估的精準度,促進了建築性能模擬的發展。臺灣的綠建築指標,是第一個針對高溫、高濕氣候的亞熱帶國家所制定的綠建築指標,雖有增加指標並依據不同的使用機能進行家族分類,但尚未結合業界趨勢對實際建築性能作模擬或較精準的評估。本研究以臺北市立圖書館北投分館為模擬對象,利用BIM平台對臺灣綠建築室內自然採光及太陽能板發電量進行性能模擬,透過BIM資料循環提出最佳化設計方案,並彙整國內外建築性能及數值模擬規範作為模擬標準,分析模擬標準、模擬結果及臺灣現行規範,提出BIM平台應用於臺灣綠建築評估指標的建議。
As long as the crisis of environment and energy consumption, many countries have made effort to set the rule on energy and sustainable design label in order to reduce the energy consumption while urban development. Recently, as BIM have changed the process of construction industry, LEED also gave impetus to BIM certified to decrease time and labor waste, and also elevate the accuracy of building performance simulation. EEWH of Taiwan was the first green building label which is focus on humid-torridity climate. Although EEWH have added criteria and other family catalogue, the real building performance has not been assessing yet. This research took Beitou Library as the example to simulate indoor illuminance level and the output energy of PV panels with BIM platform, and found the optimized method through the information cycle of BIM. Compiling the research and criteria of building performance simulation, and analyze the criteria, simulation results and current standard of EEWH, and propose how BIM platform could use on EEWH.
