摘要


本文使用C++軟體庫中標準模板庫的容器來存取資料撰寫快速原型機製程軟體,容器是以動態陣列來存取資料能自動配置記憶體大小。標準模板庫包含容器、选代器和演算法來設計快速原型軟體,快速原型製程軟體撰寫分為兩種: 第一種為雷射掃描連結製程軟體設計。雷射需掃描工件剖面形狀,使得生坯連結成型。首先設計切層軟體將3DCAD模型切成薄層得到工件輪廓,使用容器存取3DCAD模型資料再經切層演算法,可得到每一層工件輪廓。然後計算求得內部路徑,之後輸出每一層NC加工路徑檔。 第二種為雷射掃描去除製程軟體設計。此製程須設計模具,工作原理為雷射掃描模具輪廓和分模面將生坯弱化,水沿著雷射掃描過的弱化區滲透可以分離模具與工件。當3DCAD模具的表面或分模面與XY平面之夾角過小,則上下兩層弱化區重疊率太低,無法清料,本文對下層輪廓增加掃描道次,使弱化區變大而能順利清料。若模具或分模面為水平面,則必須對水平面的輪廓計算求得內部路徑,之後加入NC加工路徑檔裡,水平面就會被雷射掃描弱化而能在清料時分開。本文以圓球為例製作NC加工路徑檔,以繪圖軟體驗證結果正確。

C++ Standard Template Library container is applied to access the data for writing rapid prototyping process software.The container which accesses data by dynamic array can configure memory size automatically. Standard Template Library consists of container, iterator and algorithms to design rapid prototyping software ,which divided into two kinds of writing: The first kind is the laser scanning links process software design. Laser scans the part of workpiece to make green body combined and formed into a shape. The first step is to design the licing software, which slices the 3DCAD model into thin layers to obtain the contour of workpiece. Using containers to access the 3DCAD model data and obtaining the certain contour of workpiece through slicing algorithms , and then calculalating it to obtain and outputting each layer the inner path and outputting each layer NC files machining path file. The second kind is the removal process by laser scanning software design .The principle of the process is that laser scans the contour of mold and the parting planar to weakens the green body. The fabrication of mold designs the parting planar in accordance with the shape of the workpiece. Water infiltrates along the laser scanned the weakened area to separate mold and workpiece . When the angle between the surface of 3DCAD mold or parting planar and XY plane is too small, the overlap of the upper layer and the lower layer’s weakened area will become too small and then the material cannot be removed. This paper increase the scan times of lower layer to enlarge the weakened area and let the material can be removed easily. When the mold or the parting planar is horizontal plane, the contour of the horizontal planes must be calculated to obtain the inner path. Then, adding the inner path to NC machining path file to weaken the horizontal plane by laser scan ; therefore, the mold and the workpiece can be separated. This paper takes spherical ball as example to make NC files machining path file and use graphic software to verify the correctness of the result.
