百貨公司內部空間裝修工程材料資源循環之研究

摘要


台灣地區近年來營建資源需求大增,但天然資源有限,故推動建築廢棄物減量回收,並使用再生建材為當前資源永續利用重要課題。本研究對國內外尚未討論之「百貨公司內部空間裝修工程材料資源循環」進行探討,以業者訪談與案例分析,建立百貨公司內部裝修廢棄物(可回收資源)年平均產生量之推估方法與估算。另對廢棄物回收再利用之可行性進行具體比較,並對應用方向提出建議。本研究成果可供日後百貨公司裝修設計與建材選用,及政府推動資源循環再利用參考,以期達環境永續發展之目標。相關成果摘錄如下: (一)完成以問卷方式對國內12位百貨業管理者訪談,並針對各業種於各類空間裝修週期統計分析。另完成對百貨建築樓面裝修工程面積與週期關係統計分析。 (二)完成對百貨業者於各類空間中及業種之廢棄物減量順序、使用再生建材之接受度、價格最大容忍度及使用再生建材之主要考量因素等之訪談與統計分析。 (三)完成百貨公司女裝(仕女)、電器書店、生活用品及休閒服飾4業種,各類空間新建裝修案例分析共5例,分析其單位面積產生之廢棄物重量(kg/m2)。 (四)以兩相同業種接近面積之案例,探討得知各類空間建材資源之循環利用具可行性,此外並對過剩之再生原料提出使用方向。 (五)建立「各類空間年平均裝修次數」之推導方式,並利用該成果,完成4業種裝修「單位面積廢棄物(可回收資源)年平均產生量」之推估。 (六)完成兩大體系百貨公司各類空間、4類業種廢棄物(可回收資源)年平均產生量推估。

Given the huge need for construction resources and the limited supply of natural resources in Taiwan in recent years, promoting the use of recycled construction waste materials has become a crucial factor in facing the challenge of developing sustainable resources. This study explores the topic of “A study of Material Recycling for Department Store Interior Remodeling Construction”, a topic that is not yet discussed either domestically or internationally. Through interviews and case studies, a method of evaluating and estimating the annual figures of waste produced (recycled resources) from the renovation of the interior of department stores is established. In addition to this, a feasibility study on the reuse of waste materials is conducted in order to attempt to propose a potential solution. The outcome of this study could serve as a reference point for department stores when choosing suitable materials and renovation designs in order to appear more eco-friendly. This study might also enable governments, in their promotion of recycling resources, to achieve their objective of establishing a system of sustainable development that is environmentally friendly. The key outcomes are summarized below: ? Interviews with 12 department stores management were conducted and a statistical analysis of the various types of interior decorating cycles was carried out . In addition, a statistical analysis of the relationship between the Department Store building floor renovation project area and the time cycle needed was also completed. ? Interviews regarding the completion of the order of all types of spacing and reduction of waste priorities, the acceptability of using recycled materials, the maximum price tolerance, and the key factors to consider when using recycled materials were all conducted alongside a statistical analysis that was carried out. An analysis of the 4 types of industries represented within the department stores (Women (Ladies), appliances & bookstores, household items and casual wear) and all types of newly built space totally 5 examples, analyzing the weight of waste produced per unit area (kg/m2). ? Comparing the actual cases of two industries with similar areas in order to explore the feasibility of recycling and reusing construction resources of all types of space and also to propose guidance on how to best utilise the leftover recycled materials. ? A derivation of the "numbers of average renovation per year" will be conducted. The outcome of this will be used in order to generate an estimate of the "average annual production of waste materials (recycled resources)" of the 4 industries. ? Completed the estimate of the annual average production of waste materials (recycled resources) of the 4 industry types and all the various types of spacing for the two major department store chains.
