面對現今世界經濟發展中如影隨形的高消耗、高污染和資源環境問題,中國近年來開始經濟增長模式的轉變,鼓勵節約型產業。以廻圈經濟發展為重要政策之一,是以資源的高效利用和廻圈利用為核心,來符合可持續發展理念的經濟增長模式。 在此廻圈主流經濟概念當中,將對中國未來企業經濟發展産生深遠的影響。 近年中國資本市場隨著金融市場開放而規模擴張,上海證券交易所在長江三角金融一體化的發展條件下,可能躍升為亞洲甚至全球的重要融資中心,這是吸引台商企業想選擇在中國A股上市的主要條件。但過去台商想在中國上海A股上市被視如登天般不易,直到2012年4月23日A公司在中國上市,才令人驚喜是台商企業也是亞洲最大再生鋁供應商,為廻圈經濟發展之再生鋁產業。 本論文試圖以個案研究探討,台商在廻圈經濟發展再生鋁產業之關鍵成功因素,並從台商企業管理角度探討,中國資本市場籌資的法令限制及上市的可行性,更進一步為台商企業在大陸提供核心的競爭力。
