模具製造業導入產品資料管理系統關鍵成功因素之研究-以層級分析法

現今台灣的企業所面對的是經濟成長衰退、產業外移、生產成本高漲、產品越來越複雜、產品的壽命越來越短，客製化的程度要求越來越高以及全球化競爭的環境。在整個產品生命週期當中，開發、設計、製造、銷售、顧客服務等流程的資料整合、控制、管理及存取便成為重要的課題。而產品資料管理系統就是一套可以管理產品相關資訊的工具。有鑒於此本研究藉由模具業中成功導入產品資料管理（Product Data Management；PDM）系統之公司，來探討導入的關鍵成功因素（Critical Success Factors；CSF）。首先運用德菲法（Delphi method）篩選出評選指標，最後用層級分析程序法（Analytic Hierachy Process；AHP）來分析整層級指標的兩兩要素之間的比較，以了解模具業在導入PDM之CSF的相對重要性。期望藉由本研究的結果，提供其他尚未導入PDM之模具業做為參考。

Now a day,the enterprises in Taiwan are facing economic recession、factories moved outward、high production cost、shorter product life cycle、larger customization and global fierce competition. Within the product life cycle，the data integration、control、management、retrieve of development、design、manufacture、marketing、customer service etc, all are important courses. A PDM (Product Data Management) system will be the tool to manage the related information. Based upon the above factors,this case study tries to find the CSF（Critical Success Factors）of molding industry who has successfully introduced PDM. This study uses Delphi method to collect data and applies AHP（Analytic Hierachy Process）to analyze the data acquired. By this case study，the importance of CSF to PDM will be studied in detail and the results will be hopefully used by interested molding companies.
