台灣紡織業近年來在國際市場的競爭力已被低勞力、低成本的開發中國家所取代。我國紡織產業需再定位,為因應全球紡織市場的變化,紡織業者應逐步轉型朝產業用紡織品或結合高科技紡織品發展。 本研究以台灣紡織產業為研究對象,探討該產業之關鍵成功因素,做為實務經營上的重要參考。根據關鍵成功因素的文獻探討,以及訪談了五位專家、學者,進行關鍵成功因素之修正,篩選出16項產業用紡織品之關鍵成功因素,並根據Sun, Yazdani, and Overend (2005)、Chow and Cao (2008)的研究以及訪談業界主管,歸納為四大構面,包含管理構面、研發構面、行銷構面、生產構面。管理構面包含企業主管理念、組織文化、人才培育等關鍵成功因素。研發構面包含開發能力、上下游垂直整合、掌握關鍵技術等關鍵成功因素。行銷構面包含行銷通路、國際認證、品牌形象、異業整合等關鍵成功因素。生產構面包含原料掌握、原料成本、工資成本、交期快速、經濟規模、產品品質等關鍵成功因素。再發放問卷並且應用層級分析法,求得產業用紡織品關鍵成功因素之相對權重,作為未來產業決策制定、資源分配等之用。 訪問35位業界主管與專家,訪談後針對回收資料,扣除一致性指標>0.1的五份無效問卷,進行層級分析法分析。在各構面相對重要性上,得知「管理」構面,權重為0.3198;次之為「行銷」構面,權重為0.2641;再次之為「研發」構面,權重為0.2409;最後為「生產」構面,權重為0.1752。經層級整合後,經營產業用紡織品的關鍵成功因素重要性依序為:「企業主管理念」、「行銷通路」、「開發能力」、「掌握關鍵技術」、「組織文化」、「人才培育」、「品牌形象」、「國際認證」、「上下游垂直整合」、「產品品質」、「異業整合」、「原料掌握」、「原料成本」、「交期快速」、「工資成本」以及「經濟規模」。
The purpose of this research is to determine the key success factors for technical textiles industry. According to the literatures and interviewing 5 senior executives, we retain 16 key success factors. On the basis of Sun, Yazdani, and Overend (2005), Chow and Cao (2008), and interviewing with the executives, we take these 16 key success factors into 4 perspectives. The 4 perspectives are management, research, marketing and production. The management perspective is including top management commitment and support, organizational culture, training. In the research perspective, the criteria are development, vertical integration, key competence. The marketing perspective includes channel, identification, reputation, integration with other industries. The criteria with the production perspective are material, cost of material, cost of wage, on time delivery, economics, quality. Additionally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach based on 30 respondents is applied to obtain the relative weight of each key success factor. The executives can formulate strategy, allocate resource according to the result for developing the technical textiles industry.
