供應鏈管理已成為企業間獲得優勢的重要機制,但卻昂貴並耗時。成功導入如此計畫的案例並不多且導入失敗可能造成企業巨大損失,但少有文獻全面性的探討供應鏈管理之關鍵流程。基於以上動機,本研究提出一具全面性的供應鏈管理關鍵流程之階層式架構以提高導入成功率。首先,本研究進行文獻探討建立供應鏈管理關鍵流程初始階層式架構。再利用焦點團體法結合全球最大半導體公司供應鏈管理系統導入之專家意見完成此階層式架構。之後,使用模糊層級分析法分析各關鍵流程之權重。再請專家藉由第二回焦點團體法提供產業真實案例解釋前三名關鍵流程之管理意涵。本研究所提出之階層式架構可作為未來半導體或相關產業供應鏈管理計畫關鍵程序之確認清單,以確保計畫包涵所有關鍵流程。其權重分析結果可作為企業決策支援工具,例如各關鍵流程之資源分配,避免供應鏈管理失敗,並作為企業未來發展及改善參考。
Supply chain management (SCM) system has become an important mechanism for companies to obtain advantages, but it is also costly and time-consuming. Not many of such projects are implemented successfully and only few researches relate to SCM key processes from a holistic view. Motivated by the above, this research proposed a comprehensive SCM key processes hierarchy in semiconductor industry to improve the success rate. First, a literature review indicates the initial SCM key process hierarchy. The second step includes the first sessions of focus group discussions to finalize the proposed SCM key process hierarchies by extracting valuable experiences from executives and managers that actively participated in a real world SCM IT system implementation project. Afterwards, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was adopted to analyze these key processes’. The results are the relative weighting of the processes. Finally, experts provided examples to demonstrate what these top-ranking processes really mean in real-world industries through the second sessions of focus group discussions. The proposed hierarchy can be checklist for future SCM system project managers and a reference for industries and academics in any related field
