機構潤滑油產業隨著科技的創新及化學新材料的開發,再加上潤滑新製程的改良,使機構潤滑油之應用層面越來越廣,尤其在光電3C產業(Computer Electronic、 Communication Electronic、 Consumer Electronic)以及今日的手持移動裝置發展,占有舉足輕重的關鍵地位。 本研究從相關文獻,擷取關鍵因素後,再透過探索性訪談方式 與專家及業者討論修正研究架構,其中包含4個構面及12個關鍵因素。其次,運用層級分析法對具有機構潤滑油具相當實務經驗的機構潤滑油業者及光電產業主管進行問卷調查,共計有效問卷23份,並藉以找出機構潤滑油商之關鍵因素,層級分析調查結果得知「經營策略」為最重要之構面,權重最重的關鍵因素為「經營策略」構面中的「關鍵技術及客製化能力」。 本研究最後提出以下結論:1. 「關鍵技術及客製化能力」為「經營策略」構面中最重要的關鍵成功因素;2. 「技術支援及應變能力」在「服務管理」構面中最為重要 ;3. 經營理念」在「組織團隊」構面中優於「教育訓練」;4. 「自有品牌經營」在「經營策略」構面中優於「環保性及環境政策」;5. 「品質穩定性及一致性」在「產品行銷」構面中為最重要成功因素。
The application range of mechanical lubricant has extending far and wide to cooperate with electronic technology by the new innovation in technology, development of new substance, and improvement in manufacturing process in mechanical lubricant industry. No matter functional improvement or ap-plication on coating, mechanical lubricant always plays a significant role especially in Electro-Optical 3C industry (Computer electronic, Commu-nication electronic, and Consumer electronic) and the development of mobile device. There are FOUR dimensions and TWELVE key success factors which have been discussed and revised by experts and professionals within this study. Furthermore, Analytic Hierarchy Process Theory (AHP) was adopted to assign questionnaire for professional suppliers and executive staff in Elec-tro-Optical industry in order to reveal key success factors for mechanical lubricant supplier. According to 23 valid questionnaires collected, it shows “Operational Strategy” is the most significant dimension and the highest index weight key factor is “Critical Technology & the Ability of Cus-tomization” in the dimension of“Operational Strategy.” After conducting this research, we could conclude following findings: 1. Critical Technology & the Ability of Customization is the most important key success factor in the dimension of Operational Strategy. 2. Technical support & Adapt Ability is relatively essential in Service Management. 3. Mission Statement is more prior than Training in the aspect of Team Organizing. 4. Owned Brand Development is relatively important than Environmental Preservation Policy within Operational Strategy. 5. Stability & Consistency of Quality is the most important in the concept of Product Marketing.
