隨科技發達工法進步,現有許多新式複合式建築及獨特性建築,然而現有之條列式法規對於新式複合建築及獨特性建築之排煙規範無法全部適用,本研究探討現今許多結合捷運車站之地下街商場建築,其特殊之建築形態及使用狀況無法全部適用條列式法規,於防火安全性能設計有所疑慮。而地下類型建築於先天上有其通風不利因素,故在煙控系統設計上更為重要,而傳統法規僅以樓地板面積規範排煙機能力,忽略實際影響煙層流動之因素。本研究探討了地下煙控建築相關法規設計,並以火災模擬軟體FDS針對各項設計參數進行驗證,並且針對回風設計進行探討,模擬結果可知以本研究探討20%回風量用於案例分析中優於法規標準設計之上升溫度曲線,以及煙塵生成速度可獲得較佳之控制。
With the progress of technology and construction method, there are many existing buildings and new unique hybrid architectures. However, the existing regulations for the Smoke Provisions of Composite Construction and Special Construction are not suitable to be used. This study combined the unique architecture with the type of underground MRT station building, the special architectural form and the usage of conditions could not be apply to the laws and regulations Article formulation about the fire safety design. The smoke control system design could be important, because the underground type of building has a disadvantages of inadequate ventilation that the traditional norms and regulations merely consider the Smoke specification (only smoke machine floor area capacity), ignoring the real factors that affect the flow of smoke layer. In this study, through computer simulation analysis, the pressure of the smoke flow and air density design of smoke control system in the same capacity under the exhaust fan indeed achieve a better fire safety in construction time.
