Previous research focused on the criterion-related validity between the outcomes of the assessment center and the personal overall performance, and it lacked depth analysis of investigating the correlation between the single management competency and the annual personal performance. In order to reach the objective, we use case study to categorize the assessing outcomes of the assessment center, to predict the criterion-related validity, and to analyze the tendency of criterion-related of the annual personal performance. The results indicate that the correlation between the outcomes of the assessment center and the overall personal performance is 0.841, and the correlation between the result of assessment center and the annual personal performance ranges from 0.679 to 0.755. Both of them are far above 0.40 and belong to high validation. Moreover, three single management competencies consist of empowerment, problem-analysis, and control may substitute for the result of the assessment center. The implications of the research findings are further discussed in the following.
