客製化學涯規劃模型之建立 - 機會成本之運用

本論文研製之客製化學涯規劃模型係運用經濟學機會成本的概念來進行唸大學與否、唸研究所與否、留學與否、以及留學各國成本與效益的分析；此外結合網路施測等工具、加上自己設計的指標性生涯輔導工具、配合VBA (Visual Basic) 程式設計所獨創研發、結合求學市場及就業市場相關資訊之資料庫，並導入試算表規劃求解方法、為學生量身訂作最符合期望的規劃•本模型經田野調查反覆修正而定案，實際施測結果學生普遍給予很好評價，可謂一全方位的生涯輔導工具，可彌補學校施測的不足，希望藉由本論文的發表拋磚引玉，喚起更多有志之士進行相關之研究，造福莘莘學子。

The customized decision procedure tried to incorporate the opportunity costs consideration into students’ choice of entering the college or graduate school. With the assistance of web-testing tools, self-designed index based career guidance tools, self-developed unique VBA computer database - combination of information of universities and employment markets using planning/solution method of Excel software, to build a one-touch style and comprehensive career planning model with customer based design. This model has gotten an excellent students evaluations from the actual field investigations which can be a well suited tool for compensating the deficiency of all the other career guidance tools.
