策略成功的關鍵在執行。在今日全球經濟環境快速變遷下,如何讓策略有效地執行一直是令企業頗為頭痛的事,策略要成功執行,取決於兩件事:必須了解策略和營運之間的關係,也懂得在管理週期的每一個階段應該要運用什麼樣的工具;因此,企業績效管理解決方案正是一套整合所有管理工具於一身的應用。企業經營者為求建立有效的反應機制、做出快速且有品質的決策以提昇企業競爭力;繼ERP、BI之後紛紛開始投入評估及建置企業績效管理工具。 一般而言,企業績效管理工具(BPM)是商業智慧(BI)的進階應用;雖然BI提供組織企業改善決策制定的能力,但它不提供計劃,監控和管理的流程去改進企業決策的執行成效。企業績效管理工具則提供了結合經營策略和技術結構去引導指揮整個組織往實現共同目標前進。 本研究除了藉由筆者產業經驗及透過個案研究探討企業如何評估企業績效管理工具及其實施後之效益分析,並針對企業績效管理解決方案的產業市場現況進行了解。期望藉由本研究可以使有意進行企業績效管理工具建置之企業有所參考依據,減少失敗發生的機會。
This thesis analyzed some reasons why companies are keen on deploying the business performance management solution (BPM) under the competitive environment. The thesis started with analyzing the challenge and management problems that most companies face today, followed by studied the current market solutions providers and how these solutions can help companies solve the problems. We next studied a case company to examine what reasons drive them to choose the BPM solution, and what criterion should be considered when selecting the vendors. We finally tried to summarize some key success factors during the deployment and reason that how these factors had their effects upon the improvement of the business performance.
