策略的成功取決於完善的策略規劃與確實的執行,企業經常有規劃完整的策略卻不一定能有效執行。因此,若能了解策略執行的關鍵因素,將有助於提升策略執行效率。本研究透過量化的方式,以企業推行知識管理系統為例,探討組織規模、策略起源、策略品質(其包括可行性、邏輯性與適切性)、高階主管支持以及員工抗拒與策略型塑間之關係。研究對象為企業中瞭解知識管理系統之專業資訊人員。 研究發現,高階主管支持、員工抗拒與策略品質會影響策略型塑程度,其中策略品質為最重要的影響因素;相較於ERP系統(任思瑩,2008),員工抗拒與高階主管支持則是影響的關鍵。最後,本研究發現,在建構知識管理系統的策略上,策略品質為關鍵的影響因素。
A thorough planning and careful implementing strategy is the key factor of success. For enterprises, a thoughtful strategy won’t guarantee a successful implementation. Therefore, if we can understand the crucial elements, we will be able to enhance the execution of the strategy. This research uses KMS as an example through a quantitative method to explore the relation among the variables such as the scales of organization, origins of strategy, qualities of strategy (include feasibility, logicality, and adaptability), support from top management and the resistance of employees and strategy consolidation. The subjects of this study are the employees in the companies who understand what the KMS is. In this research we found that the degree of strategy consolidation will be affected by the support of the top managements, resistance of employees, and the quality of strategy, the most important influence variable is the quality of strategy. In contrast to ERP system, where the resistance of employees and support of the top managements are the key factors. Finally, according to this research’s results the main factor of the strategy consolidation is the quality of strategy in constructing of KMS.
