摘要

臺灣產業外移嚴重，目前除了高科技產業之外，其他傳統產業，均遇到極大的困境。然而，臺灣的自行車產業卻是一個例外，臺灣自行車產業雖然外移，但是留在臺灣的，仍有一片天地，把[臺灣的自行車、自行車的臺灣]口號喊遍全球，這是什麼原因，他們的經營管理方式有何特別之處，針對這方面加以探討，可當做臺灣其他傳統產業的參考。
本研究是以1970——2005年的自行車產業為研究指導，以參加臺灣區自行車輸出工業同業公會的會員為研究物件，以參考文獻、資料、個案訪談為研究方法，藉以瞭解臺灣成功自行車學者的經營管理過程與時間運作狀況，針對臺灣自行車產業存在的問題與缺失加以探討，並提出具體改進方法與建議。

Abstract: Taiwan industry is moving outside seriously, at present besides Hi-Tech industry, other traditional industries all meet great predicament. However, Taiwan Bicycle industry makes an exception. Though the bicycle industry of Taiwan moves outside, but stay in Taiwan, there is a slice of space. The slogan call all over the whole world [bicycle of Taiwan, Taiwan full of bicycles], for what reason is it? Are there any special traits in their way of management and administration? We probe into this aspect; it can be regarded as the references of the other traditional industries of Taiwan.
This research takes the bicycle industry from 1970 to 2005 as the research guide, takes the members who participated in bicycle output industry trade council of Taiwan district as the research objects, takes references, datum and case interviews as the research techniques to understand the management course and time operation state of Taiwan successful bicycle scholars. Direct against the questions and shortcomings existing in Taiwan bicycle industry we discuss, then propose improving methods and suggestions specifically.
