因應國防組織再造及武器裝備更新,以海軍基隆級軍艦軍士官為例,探討工作特性、工作壓力與工作滿足關聯性,期供決策者及管理者作為推行各項事務檢討、調整與運用之參考,促使艦艇軍士官高效率投入工作,有效提升海軍艦艇遂行各項事務的工作成效。本研究目的有: 一、瞭解海軍艦艇軍士官的工作特性與工作滿足關聯性。 二、瞭解海軍艦艇軍士官的工作壓力與工作滿足關聯性。 三、瞭解海軍艦艇軍士官工作特性與工作壓力對工作滿足之影響。 本研究採文獻分析法及問卷調查法。依據研究目的、問題及文獻探討,編製「海軍艦艇軍士官工作特性、工作壓力與工作滿足關聯性之研究」問卷,針對目前服務於海軍基隆級軍艦軍士官實施測驗,共發放500份問卷,回收有效問卷374份,回收有效率74.8%。調查結果經敘述性統計、信度、Pearson積差相關分析、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料處理分析。本研究發現: 一、工作特性與工作滿足有顯著的相關。 二、工作壓力與工作滿足有顯著的相關。 三、工作特性與工作壓力對工作滿足有顯著的相關。
To respond to the national-defense organization restructures and weapons renew, I took the naval kidd class vessel NCOs for example and investigated the relationship among the job characteristics, job pressures, and job satisfactions. And I hope the consequences could provide the decision makers and managers a direction and could be the reference resources for improving to review, adjustment, and exercise. Then, to improve the naval vessel NCOs involve their jobs efficiency, and increasing the job effects. The goals of this research: 1.To understand the correlation between the naval vessel NCOs’ job characteristics and job satisfaction. 2.To understand the correlation between the naval vessel NCOs’ job pressures and job satisfactions. 3.To understand the effects of the naval vessel NCOs’ job characteristics and job pressures to the job satisfactions. This research has used the references analysis and questionnaire. To follow the research goals, research questions, and references, I compiled a “The research of the relationship about the naval vessel NCOs’ job characteristics, job pressures and job satisfactions questionnaire”. I take the naval vessel NCOs who serving in the naval kidd class vessel now to be the samples. I extended 500 questionnaires and retrieved 374 valid questionnaires, and the rate of retrieving is 74.8%.And the research used the descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, One-way ANOVA, the Pearson correlation, and regression to analysis the data that I retrieved. And this research has found: 1.There has significant correlation between the naval vessel NCOs’ job characteristics and job satisfactions. 2.There has significant correlation between the naval vessel NCOs’ job pressures and job satisfactions. 3.There has significant relationship among the naval vessel NCOs’ job characteristics, job pressures and job satisfactions.
