可靠型電力線通訊網路於自願性節能和主動式電氣火災預警之應用

摘要 本論文致力於設計及實現一能源資訊網路系統ENergy Information System(ENIS)並探討其實際應用,我們研製了混合型電力線/射頻通訊資料集中器,且提供不同通道之選擇器。為了提供可靠的網路資訊,吾人亦定義了量化通訊可靠度指數、其中考慮了非規律性通道反應時間和鏈路邊際,也提出數種鏈路可靠度增強之技術和選擇法則,以提升通訊服務品質。 本ENIS之第一個直接應用實例,乃是實現一具有即時監控,和瀏覽能源資訊之網路系統。利用價格和即時節能訊號,誘導消費者能有效和彈性地產生轉移尖峰用電之動機。此一自願性節能之成效,已經由工研院能環所,於小規模一百戶社區之家庭尖峰卸載測試中得到驗證,此外,在交通大學亦已確認了冷氣空調自願性節能之多項優點。 其次,吾人將此能源資訊網路再應用於智慧型電氣火警安全管理系統Fire Safety Management System (FSMS),以達到先期警告和早期警報之目的,此一FSMS系統,使用了主動式電氣火災先期警告和早期發現之方法。藉此法則,本系統可連續監控耗能資訊和電線耗損,以找出電器火警發生之潛在性,進而預先發現火警。透過以上實例,吾人獲致以下結論:本論文所題出之具有可靠度增強技術之電力線能源資訊網路系統,於自願性節能和主動式電氣火災預警之應用上,是高度可行的。

ABSTRACT This dissertation presents the system design and network development of a reliable ENergy Information Network System (ENIS). We devise a PLC/RF data concentrator and propose a hybrid channel selector. In order to provide a reliable and quality of service (QoS) supported data communication, a quantitative link reliability index is carefully defined which involves the channel response time, connectivity margin (CM) of the irregular PLC link. Some reliability improvement schemes are also suggested along with a selection rule. An application of the ENIS is then presented in monitoring and browsing energy information immediately. The price signal and visible energy saving profiles can provide the incentives for customers to migrate peak demand elastically and economically. The benefits of promoting voluntary energy conservation have been tested by shedding peak load demand of home appliances in an aggregate community. The merits of diminishing energy consumption of air conditions have been verified by Industrial Technology and Research Institute (ITRI) at NCTU. Finally, another ENIS application to an intelligent fire safety management system (FSMS) for electrical fire precaution and early warning is discussed. The FSMS operates according to a Proactive Precaution and Early Discovery (PPED) scheme. By this scheme, the system continuously monitors the energy information and line losses to identify the potential of electrical fires, and discovering the fire earlier. The PPED scheme has also been tested and implemented by ITRI. To sum up, the proposed PLC-based ENIS with enhanced reliability is highly applicable for voluntary energy conservation and precaution of electrical fires in campuses and residential areas.
