數位行動通訊時代的來臨,手機已經從過去單純的接聽電話功能,慢慢轉變成如同小型電腦般的智慧型手機,政府與電信業者也紛紛推出免費公共熱點基礎建設及無線上網各項優惠方案,因此在各項硬體方面皆已成熟完備下,銀行應如何提供優質的智慧型手機軟體服務,進而創造更大收益,則是令人值得深思。 本研究以個案銀行運用服務導向架構,將現行網路銀行單一系統轉變成一個可以服務各種前端系統的網銀邏輯中介平台,透過SOAP、WSDL等Web Service規範,使前端系統可使用任何程式語言,就能快速又方便取得中介平台的服務,本研究採用Apple公司IPhone智慧型手機當作前端平台,實作與驗證IPhone智慧型手機能否快速方便取得中介平台服務。 另外,透過服務導向架構,研究個案銀行能否透過單一中介平台運行,有效降低維運與開發人力成本,並研究中介平台能否因應業務單位快速的需求變化,提升個案銀行在市場上的競爭力。
The era of digital communication is gradually coming and mobile phone is not only a purely speaking device but also a smart phone like small computer. Lots of free wireless public hot-spots and promotions are committed by government and telecommunication entrepreneurs. Since hardware is wholly equipped, it is a crucial topic for banking industry to consider how to provide better software application service to earn more revenue and gains. The research is based on a case study of banking application service. Now, the simply internet of banking system is becoming a platform to serve any front-end system banking logics. Through web applications of SOAP、WSD and etc., front-end system using any language can be fast and convenient to receive intermediary platform services. Therefore, smart phone Apple-iPhone mobile is adopted as front-end platform to practice and demonstrate that whether iPhone can be quick and convenient to receive intermediary platform services or not. Next, the research is also focused on whether case-study bank, through service-oriented architecture, can effectively reduce operation and R&D cost by one intermediary platform or not. Besides, another issue is concentrated that whether intermediary platform has the ability to meet fast demands from business units or not. Finally, case-study bank with intermediary platform can gain more competitive power in the market.
