網際網路和電腦科技的發展不但改變了大眾的生活方式與思考模式,其也影響了學生的學習方式。在學習的環境裡,學生常需要透過溝通與他人互換資訊進行交流,而因電腦科技的發達學生們大多利用電腦與人互動,漸漸也減少了面對面的溝通方式而產生了溝通恐懼。然而,在學習過程中,溝通是影響學生學習績效的重要因素。因此,學生溝通恐懼與學習之間的關係成為目前重要課題之一。本研究以問卷方式收集資料,並使用SPSS進行統計分析。結果發現,溝通恐懼與學習風格和學習績效有顯著相關性,但溝通恐懼對學習態度和職業選擇則無顯著相關性。最後,以本研究的結果提出學術上之建議,並討論本研究的研究限制及未來研究方向作為結論。
The development of Internet and computer technology not only changes public life and thinking, but also impacts students’ learning. In learning environment, students often need to communicate with others to learn knowledge or discuss homework. Because of technology advances, students nowadays mostly use computers to interact with others, and face to face communication becomes fewer and fewer, which causes communication apprehension. Thus, the relationship between communication apprehension and learning is one of the most important issues for students’ learning. We adopted questionnaires to collect data and used SPSS to execute the statistical analysis. The result shows that communication apprehension has a correlation towards learning style and learning performance. But communication apprehension has no correlation towards learning attitude and vocational choice. Finally, we proposed the practical implications for future researches to discuss.
